    Saw their ad on TV for same day service. Called in the morning and got an afternoon apt to have our furnace cleaned. Got a call later and was told there was a s scheduling error and given a new appointment for 3 weeks later. Tech was to arrive between 8 & 12. At 8:10 got a call saying they were short techs and the next available was in 1 month. Asked to speak with a manager. After some back and forth was told they could get a tech to be there between 12 and 4. 4 o'clock came, no tech. At 6 pm their dispatch called and said the tech would be there in about a half hour. Told the dispatcher that was too late and to cancel the appointment. She asked if I'd like to reschedule. Said No.
    If I could give 1/4 star for this company I'd be generous.

    Avoid at all costs! What a shameful business. I scheduled an appointment online for service the next day, 2-6pm. No one showed up. I call at 6:01pm and am told I never had an appt-mind you I have a confirmation email. Customer service makes me another appt for the next day, 8-12pm and I get a second confirmation email with the new time. While I am on the phone with the customer service at 6:04, dispatch calls and cancels my appt for tomorrow. No email that my appt is canceled. This company has now blown off two appointments I have confirmations for. Their customer service can’t do anything, their dispatch cancels appts without notifying you the customer. If you have an issue and want a technician to come.. good luck!
    Additionally, they do not honor the timeliness clause they have both on their website and confirmation emails. If a technician is not on time, THEY WILL NOT WAIVE THE SERVICE FEE. It is a lie. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
