      Love taking surveys. Keeps my brain sharp . get to learn a lot from different topics. Love their customer care reps. **** are always very helpful and supportive. Love the rewards associated with the surveys. Time well spent.

      I've been doing surveys for them for over 10 years. There were some difficulties when they changed their procedures and they required I.D., etc. The customer service for that event was not good. In general, once you adjust to their everyday customer service style, you can get what you need. Overall, it's good and I love the gift cards I earn. The companies offered are things I use: ********** Target, Olive ******* I hope I can do surveys for them for a long time.

      I have been doing surveys for 10 years now. I have been able to accrue points to pay for everyday items and also for gifts and gift cards. I enjoy being a part of the process that helps shape companies perspective on what people purchase and think. Some of the survey questions ask about political topics, items you would or would not purchase and your opinion on many other items. The last couple of years they have changed the way they are paying and they are definitely not paying as generous as they have been. On many of the surveys I will get half way through and then the survey will say that I am not an appropriate candidate for the topic , then I get no payment at all for my time, which to me is not right. There have also been many times that I have fully completed a survey and then get no credit at all. I have to contact them and they have to investigate whether I did or did not finish the survey and then I may or may not get credit. It has really become quite a hassle and sometimes I think about not participating anymore because I should not have to struggle for payment when I am putting forth my effort.

      This platform has been very beneficial for me and my family. I have been a member since 2017 or 2018. I have gained many rewards in my time. I have received gift cards for restaurants and just recently received gift cards to my local grocery store that saved me more than half off my weekly grocery bill.

      I believe they should take another look at the awarding of points for surveys. Other sites set a standard minimum point (monetary) award on the amount of time taken to complete a survey. They set a goal based on a rate per hour. The rate per hour translates to dollars/per hour for taking surveys. For example, if survey company X says a one hour survey should pay a minimum of $10 USD, their point awards should fall into line for fractions of that hour. It takes 75 points to earn a $25 gift card on erewards. 3 points equal $1. A 10 minute survey should yield 5.1 points. A 20 minute survey should yield 10.2 points, a 30 minute survey should equal 15.3 points and so on. Currently, there is no consistent awarding of points respective to the amount of time it is estimated to complete the survey. That seems to be unfair to the survey taker. If it isn't a base of $10/hour, at least correlate it to some kind of set standard. The amount of time estimated in a survey is set to the survey length itself. That doesn't include the preliminary information collected at the beginning to see if you qualify. That can easily add another 5-10 minutes to the survey length. Why isn't more of that taken care of in what our profiles say about us?Another suggestion would be to try and strengthen your reward offerings. Too heavily weighted towards travel and magazine subscriptions. Need more brick and mortar stores to get gift cards to, if possible.Their customer service is normally quick and responsive to problems.

      Not a bad way to earn a few extra bucks. There are a few bugs in some of the surveys, but the customer service I've requested is fast and satisfactory.
