      E rewards is an outstanding outlet for taking surveys and receiving reward points. Also their customer support is quick and reliable. Ive been a member for 10 plus years. The selection of rewards options are amazing and on point. Something for everyone. Join.

      Ive been a member for over 5 years. The surveys can sometimes be lengthy, some can can be glitchy and sometimes you complete a survey and they say they dont need you, but those are the only drawbacks. Ive accumulated a lot of points and EVERY time I cash them in Ive ALWAYS received my gift cards. INSTANTANEOUSLY!!! Anytime I have an issue the company always reached out and rectifies it. I think if all the survey sites Ive joined , E-Rewards and Dynata have been the best BY FAR!!

      I have been a member of this survey panel since 2011. I appreciate having the opportunity to supplement my income by redeeming points for groceries and shopping. **************** is usually timely and understanding when there is a problem with the surveys not rewarding the points upon completion or there are technical issues. HOWEVER this happens repeatedly on a daily basis . The Company needs to adress this issue to retain their panelists. I would also appreciate more choices for rewards and notice that several are no longer available.

      I've been a member for many years and have never had any issues with them. I recently had a small problem that was fixed within 1 day. In order to redeem my points, they wanted to send a confirmation code to my phone but the number I had listed was outdated. I contacted them about it and they responded the next day and let me change my number and I got the confirmation code and my points.

      I am fairly new to doing surveys and have been doing them for a few months now. Yes some of the surveys you get all the way through them only to be told that you were not apart of the group they were looking for without any points but many of them work exactly as they are supposed to. I have had no issues with cashing out with the gift cards and if any issue does come up I email them and they are quick to reply and resolve the issue. I was skeptical at first doing surveys thinking it was just a scam but this company is legit and will continue to use them as long as possible.

      Excellent research company. I fill out surveys quite often. Cashing in points for gift cards is awesome. Almost all the surveys are fun to be apart of. Definitely glad I am part of this.

      For the most part I like the site and doing the surveys. As others have mentioned, it is annoying to finish a survey and then get a message that it is closed early and I am not getting the points that were offered. Since I have already reached the end, that means that whoever is doing the survey did get their responses from me and I should get the points that were offered. After issuing a complaint about this, they pretty much always give me the points, with the message that I really didn't qualify or some such message. If I finish the survey, then in my mind I qualified. I like the surveys, like the rewards, like the amount of time it takes. If I only didn't have to ask for the points I have earned, their rating would be higher.
