      I have been doing surveys for a great number of years. Many times when I have completed a survey I get a message saying there was a problem and I do not get any points. Usually I don't contact Rewards but if I do the service they provide is excellent and issue my points. I consider that I complete surveys at a good timing but sometimes the survey takes a lot longer than time specified. Otherwise very satisfied.

      I read a lot of other reviews before writing this one myself. I have been doing surveys for Dynata for many years already and am happy with my experience. The rewards they offer are valuable enough; I get to save money instead of paying out of my wallet. There have been times when I've done surveys and when I'm finished I will get a message letting me know that there was a glitch so I'm not getting my points. I don't always contact e-Rewards about it but whenever I do I get a good response and almost always get the points promised for doing the survey. I appreciate that.

      Enjoy doing the surveys and getting rewards. If there is an issue with one of the surveys, E-Rewards is quick to check into it and rectify the error. Highly recommended.

      I have been a member for over 7 years! I have enjoyed so many rewards for my efforts. I have had numerous hotel stays and many gift card rewards. I hope to continue for many more years. If there ever is a glitch in the survey process there is a team in place to ensure you are rewarded correctly.

      Great survey site with lots of reward options like ********** ***** ****** and several hotel chains. There are occasional tech glitches. However using the CONTACT option usually results in a quick and complete fix
