      I have been doing these surveys for a good many years. At times I have had some little issues with some of the surveys, however, this company has been very diligent, professional, courteous & prompt in resolving my issues.I find they are very understanding, fair, & responsive. I enjoy doing these surveys & look forward to our continued relationship. Keep up the good work guys.

      Ive been with their panel Of survey takers for about 14 years . **************** has been great . Only issues would be mostly with the technical side of their surveys .its pretty nice to have the convenience of being able to do a survey anytime . They are pretty limited on their gift cards though . But still , to have a way to sideline some useful gift cards is pretty nice .

      Good people, good organization. I often get surveys rejected after completing and after spending considerable time on a survey. Customer support personnel invariably intervene and make me whole when this occurs. They are fair and reasonable.

      Profiles directed to subject matter for relevant surveys with rewards once completed. Occasionally a survey ends prematurely but can be reviewed and rewarded.

      I enjoy participating in surveys. Recently, I had a question, submitted an e-mail, and received a prompt response. Yet, I would much more prefer a real live person to talk with vs using an e-mail.

      i have been a member for over 10 years and enjoy taking the surveys. Any issues that I do have are quickly resolved by the helpful customer service team. Very pleased with the content of the surveys that I take.

      For years I have had vry good service from the Dynata staff. Resolving survey issues is a fact of life in this type of business. They are very fair in the resolution of the issues

      This company invites participants to take surveys for awards, like gift cards to use on companies like Amazon, CVS, *********** etc. I have been participating for several years and they are a very well organized outfit. **************** is excellent, they fix errors in a very timely manner. This is not a scam, you receive the awards very quickly and the codes are all valid for gift cards. I do the surveys in my spare time. I think it's worth trying.

      I have done these surveys for quite a while and earned tons of Southwest points. They are fun and if I have an issue, it is promptly resolved. Being retired, UT gives me something to duo to keep my brain sharp.
