      I have been member of this market research platform since 2008. I do surveys whenever I have time to earn reward points then cash out for gift cards. I would say I have made hundreds of dollars on this platform although the rewards merchants are still limited but it works for me. The reward points will never expire. What I don't like on this platform is some of the surveys have long qualification interview but did not give adequate credit or qualified me at the beginning but give no credit at the end. If this issue eliminated, I would give 5 stars

      Always enjoy the surveys and the interesting subject. Points are valuable. I do receive several emails requesting my participation in a survey, and thats good. The one item thats frustrating is an open survey and you start responding but then they tell you the survey was closed early. If so, why did they offer the survey?Other than that, I find the company helpful

      I've done surveys for 9+ years. Any time I have an issue it gets resolved within ***** hours with an explanation of how it was resolved. Very happy with doing surveys (the award amounts could be a little higher though). I wish all the qualifying questions were at the start of the survey so I don't spend my time doing a survey only to get a response of not qualifying after completing 95+% of the survey based on my answer to one of the last classification questions. Also wish the partial incentive was based on a real 24 hour day (midnight to midnight) and not when I actually try to do a survey.

      I have been taking surveys with this company for many years. Sometimes the surveys will close for unknown reasons, but I have always gotten great service from their troubleshooters. They take the time to research the issue and, if warranted, will ***** any missed points.

      I have done surveys here for 15 years and the site is legit. I earn 2000 ff miles each month. There are problems from time to time since the surveys are created by outside sources. The staff always corrects for those instances when you get slammed by some automated glitch. They do a good job keeping things fair.
