  Having done business with AWS three times since 2010, we highly recommend them. Their products are high quality, service is exceptional both before and after installation, their warranty is unbeatable, and they back it up. Our door installer, Marcin, was prompt, knowledgeable, did a first-class job removing the old and installing the new door as well as cleaning the work area during and after installation.   I can't even express enough how amazing the installers are with this company.
  There was a bit of issues with the office, however our installer Dave more than made up for it. Him and Christian were professional and had amazing personalities. The patience they showed coming in and out of house with 2 toddlers and a baby running around and toys everywhere was impressive because I don't even have that patience. The kids absolutely loved them. The attention to detail, their cleanliness and their professional was perfect. Dave even tried to help hang up my curtain sash because I couldn't reach lol. I could go on forever about the experience. As someone that works directly with homeowners, I will consistently recommend AWS

  I am very pleased with the installation of my new windows. Installer did a great job, was very helpful, and cleaned up before he left (inside and out) even in the rain. Will definitely use them again the the 4 additional windows that need to be replaced.

  We had a walk-in shower installed. Beginning with our consultation with Joe Michaud to the measurement team to the installers Jordan and Chris, it was a phenomenal experience. The installation was flawless. Jordan and Chris left our bathroom spotless after they were done. Our walk-in shower adds a new look to our bathroom. We would recommend Advanced Window Systems to anyone.

  Project: replaced my original 14 Andersen windows
  I could not be happier with my experience with AWS. From the initial sales/info presentation with Anthony, to the follow up visit with Bill (to confirm measurements before placing the order) and to the installation with Rafal, every step of the way was a very pleasant experience. Each person was very polite, professional and patient with my myriad of questions (and each one had a great sense of humor). I'd like to throw out special kudos to Rafal, our installer. His was extremely efficient, detailed in his quality of work and respectful of my home and grounds (and my dogs loved him).
  I could not be happier with the product, the process or the people at AWS. They took what could have been a stressful decision and made it enjoyable. If your priorities are product quality, price, customer service, and warranty I highly recommend you include AWS in your due diligence interviews before making a selection.

  I just want to say I wish I found this company A few years ago. The work that was done on my house today and the attention to detail and cleanliness was amazing. My door install is absolutely gorgeous. All the trim work inside and outside is five star there’s nothing bad I can say about the company at all loved working with Anthony who was my salesman to Rafael Who was my installer for the door. Rafael did an amazing job on the entire project. Every time that there was a little bit of dust or debris from cutting the old door out on my hardwood floor. He got out his little vacuum and vacuumed up the mess and then wiped it clean and then would get back to working again always cleaning up after himself. I can’t say enough about the workmanship that was done from Rafael. As soon as my door was done being installed, I text my sales guy Anthony, and said I want to do my front door now I was so pleased with the pricing and everything about this company. You can’t go wrong with these guys and how fast they respond to you and your sales person will take care of you from the moment that they get into your house till the moment that they leave. I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for doors or windows to be installed.
