3 starsUnfortunately, my experience with AWS was not the best. Although we have no complaints with the windows or the sales rep, initially we just wanted basement hopper windows but were told there is a 4 window minimum so we decided to order 2 new garage windows. Measurements were taken, a deposit was put down and we were awaiting an installation date, we were then told that they cannot do the basement windows because of some code violations. We were okay with that and decided to go ahead with just the garage windows. I was told that the deposit I had already put down would cover the cost of just the garage windows with possibly, a minimal balance. Well the day of installation, the balance due was $652, so we ended up paying $1500 for each window which I thought was excessive. I would not have spent so much on garage windows that I wasn’t planning on initially, the basement were the priority which I still do not have.Review fromDonna U

5 starsAmazing once again AWS windows is in a class of their own!! From working with Denny on ordering to Barbara getting u on the books to .. Jeff who is beyond fabulous with his install work!! Plus he is always on time!!! The product is also flawless!!! One more slider to go … all windows in the house AWS!!! Bravo…???? ***** **

Long time for the installation but that is not unusual when one orders anything.
My windows were installed today by Jeff. He did a great job and when finished reviewed window function with me.
