Alpha Paving and Masonry worked at our home week of October 2nd. They were to pave the driveway but when they removed the old driveway, retaining wall shifted. We should have them build new wall before paving the driveway. Otherwise, wall could fall and destroy new driveway. They built retaining wall and paved the driveway. 2 weeks later on Oct 21st. we had a day of heavy rain. The earth collapsed along the wall and front stoop. We got water in the basement and garage. Never happened in the 23 years we lived here. Drain in driveway kept filling up with water. We spent two days (Oct 21st & 22nd) emptying buckets of water and using a pump. I called our contractor Patrick (###-###-####) on Oct. 21st. He requested pictures. I sent. Called Patrick again on Oct 23rd. He said he never got pictures. I resent. On Oct. 23rd I called building inspector *** ******** (###-###-####). He and his boss ***** ***** came and took information and pictures. Patrick needed wall permit. Wall and stoop need to be backfilled. They will contact Alpha Paving. On Oct. 24th emailed *** ******** picture of dump truck. Oct 25th, called *** for update. Patrick needs to re-build the whole thing and fix grate. This could compromise our new driveway. *** will work with Patrick to get permit and fix wall etc. Oct 26th per *** ********, Patrick is out of the state for two weeks. Upon his return on Nov 13th, he will get permit. Oct. 26th *** came by the house and took more pictures. Nov. 13th, I texted Patrick (Alpha Paving) No response. I then called *** ********. He will talk to his boss ***** ***** for update. Nov. 15th, I called Joe. Patrick was a no show for wall permit. Nov 15th, I called Patrick at both phone numbers. ###-###-#### and ###-###-####. Not accepting calls. Nov 17th, called Patrick / Alpha. No answer. Nov 20th I called owner of Alpha Mike Chiaraluce at ###-###-####. Nov 20th, no longer in service. I have videos and pictures. Please help us.
