    Everything is online and it takes hours to get help if youre lucky to find someone who listens. After 2 days, 5 hours each I thought my account was cancelled. Next month I got billed twice on the same day. I was never able to get anyone to help. Wrote a letter but could not find an address until I read reviews and contacted BBB.

    I ordered an iPhone 16 pro and the box came empty, I rejected the delivery and *** wrote that i never got it and visible still wants me to file a police report in order to get a new one, even though i never took possession of the box!! Very unhelpful!!

    Cannot use the service because they will not allow a change to the phone IMEI number when there is a typo.

    I changed cell phone coverage to Visible by ******* in Dec. 2024. We live in an area with bad cell coverage, so we rely on wifi calling. In January, 2025, wifi calling was forced off on the iPhone, and when we try to enable it, it refers us to Visible, who offers no support. I applied updates suggested by Visible, and restarted, and nothing worked, the iPhone still will not allow wifi calling. I suppose it is time to shop for a new carrier. I don't mind bad customer **********************, but ******************** is not providing the service that I am paying for.

    ** I had to get a new phone: Visible disconnected cell service as soon as they sent out new SIM card but twice they made unacceptable errors - first sending the wrong SIM card and second time, sending it to non-existent mailing address that I never told them - I spoke with *** on the phone and confirmed that the address on file is correct - I cant believe the incompetence and ignorance of the customer ********************** ***. ** now a week later, I still dont have cell service, making life difficult.

    BAD customer **********************! I have a phone line with them & wanted to take advantage of their trade in deal AND their gift card promotion since I was planning to trade in a phone but use the new phone to port over my other number from another carrier because the deal was so good. I contacted their chat support & told them EXACTLY what I wanted to do, & they stated that it was possible and I could do this. What they didn't state was that each number you have with Visible has to have it's own account. I was informed about this when I couldnt figure out how to add my new phone and port over my number on my current account. I did everything- ported over my new phone and activated it on the new phone, transferred my old number to a different phone, and packaged up the old phone on my account to trade back in. When I asked customer ********************** today about how they were going to know to give me the $250 gift card when the time came, they told me I wasn't eligible because the phone was purchased under the old account. I even have screenshots of the last conversation I had when the *** told me I COULD use both promos that way but they didn't care. Even though both my accounts are under MY name, they swear they can't do anything to help me. I even tried speaking to a ***resentative. She was very unconcerned with helping me as well. She told me the only way to get the deal is to transfer all my numbers BACK to the old phones, return the new phone, and start the whole process again under the new account. It took me ALL DAY to get everything done the first time! I asked about when I could port my numbers out with this new phone and she stated 60 days. I told her that is what I was going to do then since they were unable to stand by their word, and she simply said okay and asked if there was anything else she could help with. I will go back to ******** any day! I went to Visible because they had a good deal, but I will not trust them again if they can't stand by their word.

    Visible had a promo for a free phone with an annual plan. I ordered and was charged for the phone, so I did online chat service with an agent. After waiting for two hours, I finally communicated with a live agent. She assured me I would be refunded. I was not. In fact, I was charged the whole $671.75, and the phone was never received. So, I could not send it back for a refund, because I never received it. I have tracking numbers that show it was returned to the warehouse. I am awaiting a refund. Also, during my many discussions with the agent handling my case, I was assured I would still be able to take advantage of the promo. Well, the phone is out of stock apparently so the promo is no longer valid. But that can't be true, because the one assigned to me was returned to the warehouse. This is a joke of a company. Do not sacrifice your time and mental health to save a few bucks. Lastly, I asked who to contact to file a complaint, and I was given a fake email. Scam central!

    Worst customer ********************** of them all. Zero help. Cannot send out large files or any pictures thru hotmail. Run from this company. It's atrocious

    Visible advertises an Upgrade Program, but I have not been able to utilize it for some unknown reason that customer representatives and engineers cannot resolve. I've been provided multiple case numbers over the past month, and no avail. While the price of service and quality of service has been great, their ability to resolve technical issues is terrible.

    Worst customer ********************** I've ever experienced, and did not know what to do but leave a review, and maybe help someone choose a different option and hopefully save themselves the 10 day headache, rudeness, and no answers I've had to deal with. I just wanted to get my cracked phone screen fixed with the insurance I pay for every month. I will certainly be switching mobile carriers, but I won't leave without getting the insurance help that I've paid for every month for almost 2 years.
