  I was very impressed with my installation. The technician **** was on time, did a great job and was very knowledgeable. He was patient explaining the system to me.

  I've used the services of OnTech for about 3 years now and I can report that they have consistantly provided me with outstanding work on installing security cameras and hooking them up to my security system. Everything just works and I'm a happy customer.

  after having a ****** nest thermostat installed, I have needed multiple visits from them to get it working and not losing the constant power supply it requires to be functional. after the last 130 dollar visit in February, it seemed to be working but left an error code saying it was wired wrong, I called them to come back but they insisted if it was working it was fine and no need to worry about clearing the code. well, it is no longer working, and while under warranty ****** will not replace it as long as it is wired wrong. Ontech is not willing to come back and wire it correctly unless I pay for another 130 dollar visit - for them to fix the problem they caused with the device they sold me. pretty amazing stuff. oh and I had paid them for a one year "membership."a complete racket and you should learn from my experience and use a different company for installation, and don't get a Nest either - ****** is in bed with Ontech so they mutually insulate each other from having to honor any warranties or stand by the work or product they happily take your money to provide regardless of quality.

  OnStar mounted my doorbell camera in the most efficient and effective way. I was alerted to when the technician was supposed to come, and he came on time and provided the service in the most professional way that Ive experienced it with my home installations. The technician was knowledgeable and explained some of the problems. Ive been previously having with my home security system, and the outline the plan to make it more effective for me at no cost.

  I live in ******* ******** and my technician was an older gentleman named ****. He was absolutely fantastic and helping me to understand why am I simply safe cameras were not operating. If that wasn't good enough he also looked at an existing mounted camera and was able to diagnose its problem and get it functioning again. What the error was was that I had a loud another company too install it and they did so incorrectly. I know there was a time where this company's phone were not working correctly so my service is months delayed but the service I received is more than fantastic for what happens with today's vendors. My technician was professional and competent and patient as well as very easy to deal with. I felt like for once someone came to my door to help me and they really did have my well-being in mind.

  Had a problem keeping my cameras charged by the solar panels, so the Ontech technician installed a hard wire to all 4. There was a problem with the Wi-Fi also, took an extra trip to get it fixed. The technician was professional and very persistent trying to solve the problem. I am extremely impressed with the company and the technician.

  While we can weigh in only on the actual installation process as the system is newly installed, that experience was wonderful. ***, **************, is a keeper. We are boomers and the transition to a "smart" home is not a natural one. I'm sure our questions, and subsequent requests, provided ample evidence of that to ***. In response he is patient and possesses the ability to explain to others what they are capable of understanding, but do not at present. We learned and now have a shot of actually making use of what is available to us. Thanks, ************************
