      Now if you pay with your credit card, they make you save your card info, and there's no option to remove it, they automatically sign you for auto pay, and you have to call and wait a long time to speak to someone to remove your info, very dissatisfied with the way they operate now.

      Worst customer service ever. I had 2 phone lines months ago And when my phone got stolen I couldn't even cancel the line because boost mobile got hacked and customer service was shut down for 2 months and I was paying for two lines (87$) when it should have been 50. Now they won't even give me my money back. Worst service ever. Don't use them. They rip you off and talk to you like your stupid. I had another lady willing to help me then the man *** I talked to today said he is canceling my ticket and I won't get a refund!!!!!!!!! Bunch of ******** I'm changing companys

      Horrible service. Dropped calls, lost signal, paying for 5G service but only getting 5G half the time. The Boost app is impossible to use sometimes. Dish network has ruined Boost. Long time customer here but not for long.

      For three weeks I tried to port out my number from Republic Wireless. It keeps showing up that there is a zip code error. I've been on the phone with them repeatedly and they still have not resolved the issue. They have given me "alternate" zip codes to try and even told me that if I upgrade my service that might work. I shouldn't have to pay a charge to have my number ported out.

      Problem exists with the new Boost Mobile system (2023).On April 5, 2023, I was sent an email by Boost threatening to cut off my service if I did not make a monthly payment immediately.My next payment to Boost was not even due until April 8, 2023, but I decided not to argue with Boost - and simply made an additional,( early 2nd payment) 3 days before my Boost scheduled April 8th auto payment would take effect.5 April I received from Boost a text and email confirming receipt of the additional payment (even though none was actually due)... But my service was suspended anyway....Boost **************** confirms that i actually now have a $70 credit with them, as of 7 April 2023...But still no cell service!!!Boost, allegedly could not process my money because my "account was not suspended by Boost, but suspended by this customer" (also not true).I took a 90 minute bus trip to the nearest Boost office in ******* (where I live), and the Boost office Manager called Boost. He also was told - that my account could not be reactivated before April 9th. No valid reason was given.I ask of Boost (1) to provide an explanation for their unprofessional punitive treatment of this longtime customer - (2) apologize (3) ***** a reasonable assurance that they will not again deprive me of my contracted phone service without due cause.

      Their customer service laughed at me and told me i am lazy since i use their chat option instead of calling when im hard of hearing. Also if you have credits used to pay for your plan they do not let you switch plans without using a debit or credit card even if you have enough credits to cover the cost of the switch.

      The reps I've encountered seem sympathetic but the company as a whole needs to go . It is never ok to suspend ones account cause y'all "system" is trash . I paid my bill on time to only end up with no service days after . Then said f*** up isn't even tried to be fixed. I want in on a class action lawsuit . Email gurlhoo per21@gm ail.com. I'm waiting on communications about a kidney as I am on dialysis . This is not ok at all . Like it didn't take y'all a week to take my money . I need the same energy to be applied.

      I have been trying to get help with their customer service for over 3 weeks and keep getting the run around about a ****. Redund. Eveytime i called system is down fir updateing. No one at the stores can help us or will help us. My recommendation would be to stay away from this company. Their customer service cannot and will not help you.

      I'm writing this review despite that I am NOT a Boost Mobile customer because I witnessed first-hand the experience of someone who was. That's how bad it was.A Boost customer who was working out-of-state -- his phone broke and he needed another immediately, so he was in-store at a different service provider (mine, I won't plug them rn) to get a new phone because he needed one immediately for work. Boost representatives transferred him three times and outright refused to give the notably polite and patient man the account information my servicer needed to properly transfer his number.They literally made their then-customer BEG to get the necessary account information over the course of an hour while trying well past the point of acceptable reason to get him to reconsider/stay when they could not offer him what he needed and wanted immediately. I'm not exaggerating. The gentleman used the word "beg".According to one of my servicer's employees, Boost is regularly like this. I was appalled on the man's behalf and I will never, EVER use or recommend Boost Mobile as a result of this experience and no, guys. I wasn't paid to write this. I'm not trying to plug my servicer. Again, it was just that bad that I am taking time out of my day to write this review.
