      The worst customer service I have ever received. They refuse to unlock my phone that I payed for in full and had their service on for over a year. **************** says they will transfer you and they just hang up.

      I have been a Boost cust for many years. Since January when they switched over to Boost One it's been one problem after another! First it was everybody's voicemail went out for 1 1/2 weeks! I couldn't access my voicemails for almost 2 wks! Then w/the Boost One App you can do different things to earn credits on your bill & get free wifi. The app gives you an option to transfer the earned credits to your bill. So I did a day before my due date. It showed my pymt went from $50 down to 32! Theres an option to "Pay amount this now" at $32 so I did. But Boost Mobile still took the FULL $50! They told me it doesn't apply to people on auto pay! So I got off of auto pay so I.could apply future credits.They will NEVER give money back when they overcharg! They offered to credit my next bill. I wanted to change carriers at that time but wanted to get my money back so I was stuck for 2 more months in order to get credits owed! This is how they get you! And they are doing it again! I was going to switch to Spectrum for $29 but then Boost came out w/a new $25/mo plan. I called cust serv & was told in order to switch plans I need to be set up on auto pay. The rep told me I could go to Boostmobile.com and sign in and make the changes there. But to do it before my next due date. My due date is today. I went into my acct yesterday & switched to ************ plan to the $25.plan. It didn't change anything right away di I thought it need to process. I checked it at 3pm & thr plan went through but my payment amount to be taken out in 6 hours was still $50! So I called cust serv several time's& spoke to 7 reps all w/different answes.The last 2 told me I have to wait for it to got through. I changed yesterday & no one could answer. Also, a rep.took me off.of autopay bc it had to come off for it to go through! I didnt know he did that until I alled back. Now the $25 plan wont go through! I'm stuck paying $50! I was switching to the $50 plan to add my daughter bc she needs a phone.

      I bought a phone online in march and haven't received it due to the package being loss by their shipper now I have to wait til may to receive my refund but the employees didn't seem to have this info it took 3 weeks and the issue is still not resolved I'm so mad this is ridiculous never happened to me before

      after several unsuccessful attempts of trying to get assistance logging into my account, and buying more data for my plan, I decided to delete my account, but since I can't log in to my account after boost updated it's app, I had to contact them by chat, to delete my account . I need data to access ****** maps because I recently moved to a new state and that is the way I've been able to get around, so pretty much I can't get anywhere without it until I become more familiar with this state. I bought a reboot card, added it to my account and could not use it because the representative said I can only use it for bill payments, so I wasted $15, this past Friday I purchased 2 extra gigs of data over the phone through customer service **** ****************** withdrew it from my account, and I still didn't receive my extra data, so I had my bank stop payment. You lost a customer over something so simple I hope someone can provide customer service with better training

      Horrible customer service they have deleted my auto pay for no reason. Also, they practice false advertising. I have a family plan with four lines paying $35 a month with 35g of data and unlimited talk and text . They are advertising on their website $25 for unlimited everything for new annd existing customers and told me I could not switch my lines over to save $40 a month.

      I've had the worse customer service experience ever calling in today to Boost Mobile 4/15/23. I will be switching my service to ******** I was disconnect by incompetent representatives 3 times (****, **** and another representative I didn't get her name). No one deserves to be treated in this manner. To simply change my caller ID name. They are a disgrace to phone companies and those that were unable to assist and disconnected need to be fired! I hope someone sees this review and does something about these concerns. I was suppose to also be connected with a supervisor but was disconnected after being transferred. You all need to do better or sell the company to a competent carrier. My service is also always in LTE even though I have 5G service with them. They don't have the resources to complete simple request and the representative don't know how to think outside the box to assist consumers with simple request.

      The worst illegally taking unauthorized amounts of money, installing an APP CLOUD WITHOUT MY CONSENT. And the BBB WONT DO A THING, BECAUSE THEY BRIBE U MORE THAN I CAN BUT I CAN SAY F*** YOU

      Boost recently forcefully migrated my family plan to "new" multiline plan. The only "new" on this plan is smaller amount of hotspot data - it is 12Gb instead of 30Gb my family plan had before. I was customer of ********************** for long time and was with Virgin Mobile before it was acquired by Boost. I was trying to check with Boost support if that maybe a mistake - but not it is what new plan for me will looks like.I am seriously considering to move all my cell services to T-Mobile now - Boost seems also has troubles with all systems, it barely operational and sometimes their app also not working. It is such a shame to what Boost turned into.

      They are the worst cell phone company ever they advertise UNLIMITED plans but yet they put a limit/cap to how much high speed data you can use per month.

      Boostmobile has updated the website and now I cant access my account and Im having a hard time getting my refund for Bill and 2 SIM cards they are not helping me activate. Im called multiple times and chatted with customer service and they are sending me in a loophole. I cant even use my phone on.
