This is a fraudulent website claiming to be a drop-shipper with Tiktok. They steal your money as a "deposit" to fulfill your orders, but do not fully ship the products that you pay for. Beware of this scam website! They are not associated with Tiktok at all, you could actually get your store banned if you use them.Initial Complaint

I canceled my trial within the 7 day timeframe after I could not link the account to my social media. The sign-up condition selected stated that I would pay just over $300 a year annually. Yesterday, I was charged over $400 for unspecified services. When applying for a refund, its stated that they would need to keep 15% of the money I was overcharged. On 9/6/24 AutoDS illegally charged $244.70 to my ****** account. I canceled my account with and have asked them to refund me multiple times for their yearly membership that I didnt authorize. They have tried to get to accept the difference of switching to a monthly. Ive told them multiple times again, I want my money refunded, I dont want their service.Initial Complaint

Dear Better Business Bureau,I am submitting a formal complaint regarding AutoDS, a company that offers e-commerce automation services, for deceptive advertising and unauthorized charges. On [date], I signed up for a 14-day free trial of AutoDS, under the understanding that I would not be charged until the trial period concluded. However, AutoDS charged my credit card $43.42 before the end of the trial period, which I believe is a clear violation of their advertised offer. I signed up for AutoDS on September 2nd and was charged the next day on September 3rd. Upon contacting AutoDS customer support, I was informed that my free trial was automatically canceled when I switched my subscription plan from Yearly to Monthly in which I do not remember doing or how I would have done it. As a result, I was immediately charged for the service. This critical policy, which ends the trial period when a plan change is made, is not easily accessible or transparent on their website. At no point during the sign-up process was this information clearly conveyed to me. This lack of clarity constitutes misleading and deceptive advertising, as new customers are not made aware that making any plan adjustments during the trial will result in early charges.I requested a refund from AutoDS, but they refused, citing their internal policy. I believe this practice is unethical and unfair to consumers. AutoDS's actions are deceptive and fall short of the transparency required when offering a free trial service. I am requesting the BBBs assistance in securing a full refund of the $43.42 that was wrongfully charged.I trust the BBB will review this matter and assist in holding AutoDS accountable for their misleading business practices. I am also prepared to provide any further documentation or evidence as necessary to support my claim.Thank you for your attention to this matter. They advertise they are partners with TIKTOK/ can drop ship using them, but their dropshipping is >3 days which goes against Tiktok's policies. Then when you bring that up and demand a refund, they short you $50 of the $300 you sent to their system so they could auto fulfill your orders. Terrible customers service that seems to be ran out of *****. They have a spokesperson on ******* doing videos as if they are a reputable company. I will attach my statement from Cashapp as I use them as a barrier just incase new companies I try, do some BS like this. You can clearly see how much was sent to Autods and how much they refunded. I signed up for the lowest free trial plan. Every time I went to do something a box popped up asking me to upgrade to the next plan- I mean it was after every click. So, I did it and it charged me for the upgraded plan (during a free trial) Never once did it say upgrading would cancel the free trial. They did refund me after treating me like it was a favor and kept $58 saying it was policy to keep some of the refund. I feel stolen from and like I was tricked into upgrading just so they could pocket some cash from me. I just want the rest of my money, $58 is my water bill.. not just money to throw away after expecting a FREE trial.Initial Complaint

I placed credits and tried loading a balance, but it has been nothing but a nightmare. 1. Services Not Provided: Despite paying for their services, I was unable to place or fulfill orders. This has severely affected my business, and Ive had to shut down my store temporarily because of it. 2. Unresponsive Support: Ive opened several tickets and made numerous inquiries, but the support has been frustratingly unresponsive. I even requested a cancellation, and while I was asked if I was sure about my decision, I have yet to receive any further response or action on this. 3. Financial Loss: My balance was never made available, and it seems like my money has just vanished without the promised services rendered. On July 25, 2024, I was charged $420.06 when it should have been a monthly payment, not a year. They have not adjusted that. On August 15, 2024 unloaded credits to fulfil and an order. When I realized that was incorrect, i tried loading a balance and I received errors 19 times not allowing me to add a balance. Therefore the $129 spent was in vain and they are not refunding that money nor are they assisting in rectifying the error with loading a payment which is an issue on their end. I have sent numerous inquires/help tickets. There is no number to call. I am asking to be refunded for the monies added to account but never used and for the account to be closed.Initial Complaint

June 12, I was mislead to sign up for a 12 month subscription when the details on autods **** said I was signing up for only a months trial , I immediately contacted autods they did not respond to my ticket I also contact my bank the same day and explain I made an error , my bank did a temporary over turn of the transaction, I used autods for a months trial only, after a month I received a notification that a charge was on my bank account for ********************** services after 2 months, inwhich I did not use autods services after a month. The bank station was autods challenged the payment that was in error as a **** purchase. I reached out to autods to remdy this action and to cancel this service in which I do not use or wanted . They continue to give me unprofessional service and misleading emails. They are not offering any remdy for a service I am not using , I continue to request an end to this subscription/ relationship . But autods continue to ignore and violate my rights as the consumer. They did not provide a service I am using. I can not get someone on the phone . I have emailed this company representatives many time , no one will call me back and I only get unlimited emails with diffrent run around tickets.Initial Complaint

I have had a problem with this business for a long time. This is my first BBB complaint about them. They're a software company that helps drop shippers automate their store. Recently they had to make a switch to a different converted tracking number carrier called 'Qtrack'. This carrier would of been fine except orders that deliver successfully more often then not aren't accepted as proof of delivery. Asking for AutoDS advice they instruct me to provide the platform the proof of delivery they gave me, which I do but every time I lose the case because I took their advice. Which hurts my business and they wont even refund me for telling me wrong which affects only me. Also, and this is the bigger thing, their company is stealing money from me. Their software was enabled correctly on my end, as admitted by AutoDS. Even with it correctly set up it decided to start processing orders on its own. Which is very bad considering the buy platforms new shipping fee. But that fee would not of been a problem if the software did what it was enabled to do in the first place. Which is including the shipping fee in the price. But also I have the maximum loss only at $1.50. Still it went through on its own and ate up my money. When I told AutoDS about this they said they couldn't refund me the difference. Absolutely insane that AutoDS wont pay for their mistakes. I have never not a single time gotten AutoDS to correct their mistake, not a single time. If they mess everything up then it falls to their customers to pay. Absolutely sickening. A few other times my money mysteriously drained from my balance down to the last *****. And they played it off like it was nothing. Its been way too common seeing my entire balance drain due 1 order. Something is clearly wrong here. I have had many problems with them but they have crossed the line now and its clearly getting worse. I want my money back and everything else they stole from me.
