      I have been charged for a subscription service since May 2025. An initial charge of $396 and monthly charges of $9.90 I cancelled my subscription as I did not have enough funds but my payment and account was rather put on pause or hold according to them. As I did not have enough funds at the time, as soon as I had funds in my account, i was charged again. I was not aware of this, I had explicitly intended to cancel and believed my account was fully closed. I was not informed that payments would resume or that my account was still active in any form.This constitutes unauthorized billing and failure to honor a cancellation request. I am therefore requesting the immediate reversal and full refund of all charges made after my cancellation date, and kindly pls confirm that my account is permanently closed to prevent any further charges.The account was never used and the services were never used.

      I subscribed to a free trial with **************************. 2 weeks later, I was billed $480 for an annual subscription. I don't think this is right. My account sits negative $448 right now. I was planning on canceling my subscription during it's last week. Now, I don't know what to do.

      My time attempting to do business with AutoDS was short. They were not able to provide the service advertised due to problems on their side. I started with their company on 10/6 and last transaction was 10/21. I signed up with a special to ship through autoDS to my TikTok shop. I picked this company so I could utilize their print on demand and make clothing with my logos. I was charged over $600 in the short period of time I was with them. They were able to take my money and payment in some of their system but was having difficulty taking that same form of payment in another part of their system. This lead to me not meeting shipping time with my shop. Then when that was finally fixed (almost took a week), they could not ship the hoodies with my logos because it did not ship to the **. The hoodie was made in the ** and there was nothing that was marked saying it did not ship to the **. Because of the insane amount of issues - I asked for a refund for the money (& CLOSE MY ACCOUNT) I have put into their system in the different places needed in order for shipments to work. Today 10/27 even after all of this THEY TRIED to charge my account another $234.82. I don't even know what this amount is for - I signed up for a $19.90 a month plan and they have charged me $246.72 on October 21 and I immediately asked for my account to be closed and a refund. They did not do either. Several complaints are filed & unresolved. I found out how to manual close my account its closed. My credit card has been shut down and a new one is being sent to me. Asking for a refund for all my transactions because they have NOT provided the service they advertised and that had to do PROBLEMS on their end with their system. 10/21 $246.7210/20 $11.98 10/19 $105.26 10/13 $219.00 10/13 99 cents ?10/11 $79 ?10/8 $4.79 ?10/6 99 cents Total = $668.73 This is really a horrible experience and the amount of time and money without resolution & trying to take more money is NOT OKAY!

      Autods has not worked with the supplier ****** for almost a year. This continues to hurt me financially, beyond the monthly subscription fee they charge me. I have opened numerous tickets with customer service, and I am told they are working on it, but nothing ever gets fixed. Eventually, my ticket disappears from their system. I currently have an open ticket about this issue that I opened a month ago, yet the problem is still not fixed. I have enquired about the status numerous times via email. They say they can fix the issue, but "due to the current capacity and workload of the team, this fix may take longer than we would like." Their website status page "*********************************************" shows there are no problems with their system. It is misleading everyone to show there are no issues when there clearly is a problem. It is also not right to bill users for something that doesn't work. I would prefer they fix the problem, but if they are not going to fix it they need to tell me and other users, and remove ****** from their list of suppliers.

      Complaint Title: Unauthorized Charge and Refusal to Issue Refund Business: AutoDS Complaint:On July 27, 2024, I signed up for a $1 trial with AutoDS. Less than two weeks later, on August 10, 2024, I was unexpectedly charged around $370 with no clear explanation of what this charge was for. At no point did I authorize or knowingly agree to an annual plan or any large payment of that amount.When I reached out to AutoDS customer support, I was told that the payment does not fall under their refund policy. This response was frustrating and disappointing. The trial offer gave no clear indication that it would automatically renew into a costly annual plan, nor did I consent to recurring billing.After researching the issue, I discovered that many other customers have experienced the same problem, which makes it clear that this is not an isolated incident. This reflects a pattern of misleading and unethical business practices that take advantage of consumers who sign up in good faith.I believe AutoDS should be held accountable for this type of deceptive behavior. I am requesting:A full refund of the unauthorized $370 charge.Written confirmation that my account has been permanently cancelled, to ensure no further charges occur.This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I will not be using AutoDS again or recommending it to anyone. I hope this complaint helps prevent other consumers from being misled in the same way.Desired Resolution: Full refund and account cancellation confirmation.

      I am seeking a refund due to unfair and misleading billing. I subscribed on Jan 8, 2024. Between April and June 2024, I had a payment issue. AutoDS then sent me multiple emails stating my account was inactive and "will be deleted in x amount of days" because of this. I was ok with this considering i was going to inactive it. so i just wait it out.Believing my account was being closed as per their official notifications, I took no further action to manually cancel.However, AutoDS appears to have resolved the payment issue without my knowledge and resumed billing my account. They never informed me that the account would *not* be deleted, nor did they notify me that billing was restarting. They sent multple emails asking me to reactive my account during the short peroid of time it was innactive, but for the entire years it was active, not one email reminding me that it was, this is very bad customer service considring most other brands after detecing innactivly; cancel your account, or at least give you a heads up. The charges continued while the account remained completely dormant.I discovered these charges recently and have contacted support twice. I provided them with their own "account will be deleted" emails as proof that I was misled. I asked them for a refund on behalf of good customer service, They denied my refund request both times saying its not part of their policy and wouldint even give me a partial refund.This is not a simple case of forgetting to cancel. This is a case of the company setting a clear expectation that my account was being terminated, and then continuing to charge me without my knowledge even when the account was completly innactive. This is a deceptive business practice.

      My 16 year old signed up for a trial. Canceled service and was charged $368 when he never had one day of service. This company targets young consumers and steals their money then refuses to refund.

      Account was hacked and hundreds of un-authorized charges were made to my credit cards totaling over $30,000.00. Including multiple $1052.63 (x3), $2710.80 charges from AutoDS on the same day to my cards that were not authorized by me. I contacted AUTODS who opened an investigation and to date nothing has been resolved or communicated to me. I have submitted numerous tickets inquiring as to where these charges originated from and as of today, I have yet to receive a response, credit or anything. My ticket #***********, *********** and other follow-up emails that have not been responded to. I feel like an employee hacked my account or ******************** knows what happened and is not telling me. 'm fighting with one of my credit cards (**********) that these charges were un-authorized and fraudulent and I need the information from AUTODS since charges/hack came from them.

      On August 21, 2025, I signed up for AutoDS via their website (********************************** ). The payment page displayed a monthly plan for $54.08, which I believed I was subscribing to. However, without clear disclosure, AutoDS charged me $598.80 for an annual plan (Invoice #********, Transaction ID: ********************************* I contacted AutoDS within their advertised 21-day money-back guarantee, they agreed to a refund but only returned $502, deducting 15% ($96.80). They claimed this fee was mandatory and non-refundable. I never used their service at all.This feels misleading and dishonest because:The monthly option was hidden in small ******** clear confirmation was provided before charging an annual fee.The refund guarantee was not honored in full.I am requesting a full refund of $598.80 and an investigation into AutoDSs billing practices. Their actions appear deceptive and not transparent.
