I signed up for AutoDS using their free trial. I used the platform for only 2 days and believed I had canceled before the trial ended. However, I was charged $238 for a full-year subscription.After noticing the charge, I contacted AutoDS support. I was told that I canceled after the charge, but I was not shown any timestamped evidence. I also never received a cancellation confirmation. I did not use the platform at all after the charge.I opened a chargeback with my bank ******** but AutoDS won the dispute. Despite this, I asked them for a manual refund, since I never intended to subscribe for the full year and did not use the service. They refused and directed me back to the bank.I am requesting a full refund, as this charge was unexpected and unfair for a service I never used past the trial.Customer Answer

On May 20, 2025 we signed up for AutoDS droppshipping service via *******'s platform. There was a 14 day free trial, then we would be billed $39.90 p/month until we cancelled. On June 3rd, 2025, AutoDS billed our credit card for the full year at $368.70 vs $39.90 for the first month. We reached out to ******* to resolve this as the charge actually came from *******. (AutoDS is an approved app on their platform). ******* told me they could not reimburse the charge and I would have to contact AutoDS to get refunded. I contacted AutoDS and after a number of emails, I got this response from ElJohn A at AutoDS. "Hi there, Please note that AutoDSs refund policy strictly follows our terms of service. For yearly subscriptions, refunds are only applicable within seven (7) days from the time of payment.Your most recent subscription payment was made on June 4, while your refund request was submitted on June 28. As more than 7 days have passed, the payment no longer qualifies for a refund under our policy.We truly appreciate your understanding of these guidelines. If you have any further questions or need assistance with your account, feel free to reach out were happy to help.Wishing you a great day!"We only signed up for their monthly plan as confirmed via email from *******. The email, of which I have a copy, states the following;"By using AutoDS: ***************************** you have agreed to pay-per-use charges following these terms: Your subscription plan will be charged ********** addition if you have add-ons activated they will be charged monthly according to their ********** ************** Credits are charged on usage bases."I signed up for AutoDS, without researching BBB, Reddit, etc., because it was an approved app on *******'s platform. On Jan 24, 2025 I up signed up for a 30 day free trial with AutoDS, of which I never used. On February 14th, 2025, 10 days before the trial ended, I emailed AutoDS, stating to "Cancel My trial subscription". Shortly after the 24th of February, I started getting calls from ****** who stated that I owed a balance of $353.89 for AutoDS subscription. I explained to ****** that I cancelled the trial. I reached out to AutoDS and asked them why they did not cancel per my instructions, of which they replied, "We were waiting on a confirmation from you before we cancelled - they attempted to upsell me, which had nothing to do with my request to cancel. I then started receiving calls from my bank about fraudulent charges of $368.70 from AutoDS-they tried to bill my card 3 times. I reached out to AutoDS and they said they would cancel, but they didn't and on March 8th 2025, I received an email from AutoDS, with a password, and note stating that they created a new 2nd account for me. I never authorized this! I immediately reached out to them again to ask them why they opened up another account for me without my permission and I manually cancelled the new account that they had opened, but within a week, I began receiving more calls from ****** saying that I owed $353.89 for the trial membership that was started on Jan 24th, the one that I told them to cancel. I contacted AutoDS again and requested a full refund and reminded them of the February 14th cancel request. AutoDS told me they could refund me, but minus merchant fees. I told them absolutely not, as they should have cancelled as I requested, and my credit card should have NEVER been billed. They said again they would refund me, but not the full amount. I told them unacceptable! Why should I be responsible for a merchant fee when I requested that the trial be cancelled. AutoDS decided to refund me $313.40, and left a $40.49 merchant fee, which I am NOT responsible for. I am requesting a refund of $40.49. AutoDS. ThanksInitial Complaint

I signed up for a $1 free trial and a $29.99/month plan. They charged me for an entire year subscription. They automatically withdrew the funds from my account. I cannot get a response from their customer service. I cancelled my account, now I cannot even access the site. My sign on was deleted. The subscription began on June 23rd. I started a LLC business for dropshipping product service with auto-ds for faster delivery time with seller hassle of shipping out the product to the buyer. Paid annually for my ******* store $407.17 and TikTok store ******. Not knowing that after paying for subscription later to be billed for add-on fees of *****, *****, 9.90, and ***** monthly. In 4 months I have paid a total of ******* or more from February to May 2025. I've had an order that was never fulfilled by auto-ds to ship king led bed frame with storage drawers. As my order was automatic ordered I've never received a shipping date or shipping label, instead the platform shows the order closed. Before the status became closed I uploaded to balance payments of ****** and ****** to have the product automatically shipped thru their 3rd party customer AliExpress. The total $600 balance uploaded paid AliExpress ****** for a product that never got shipped. As I contacted auto-ds support team day after day. They were not able to give me a status on delivery time as I kept getting the run around standard email saying the same thing until they just stopped responding. Now I feel like the auto-ds business has scammed me out of money and not giving me the satisfaction customer service they preach about in their advertising. Also, the product of the bed changed from TikTok order of ****** to charging ******. I lost a buyer having to refund them ****** which look bad for my LLC business. Not to mention the follow up emails trying to get a solution resolved. Complaint Summary:AutoDS is refusing to refund $184 in unused credits despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue. Their support misled me and now theyre withholding my money without cause.Full Complaint:I am filing this complaint because AutoDS is refusing to refund $184 of my personal funds that I loaded into their platform. I contacted their support team immediately after realizing the funds were applied incorrectly. I was told by their representative that the money was loaded into the wrong place and needed to be transferred to the balance manually. At no point was I informed that this transaction would be non-refundable or that I only had a 24-hour window to fix it.Ive been trying to resolve this issue since day one. Ive received conflicting messages from their team, been passed around between representatives, and now canceling my membership weeks ******* being told that I missed some hidden window and that my $184 is now non-refundable. Even though I am canceling the subscription and leading the platform. These are not promotional credits. This is my actual money.I have not used the credits. There is no valid reason this company should be able to keep my funds simply because of internal miscommunication and vague policy enforcement. Their current stance feels dishonest, unfair, and borderline predatory.I am requesting a full refund of the $184 and expect this to be resolved immediately. I have continued to attempt to settle this issue with AutoDs and its fraudulent charge on my account. The ****** needs to be fully refunded and I will be pursuing district court action if nothing is resolved. The matter is simply based within the free trial not being cancelled as I instructed and AutoDs refusing responsibility. Dear BBB,I initially signed up for a free trial, but just two days before the free trial ended, I was charged the full annual subscription fee. As far as I remember, I never signed up for a one-year subscription ************ soon as I noticed the charge, I immediately canceled my subscription on the same day, as I was no longer interested in using their dropshipping service. I disputed the charge through ******, but unfortunately, they were unable to assist, stating that they could not process the dispute because the subscription was canceled after the transaction was made. Although AutoDS initially agreed to issue a full refund, they are now refusing to do so, citing that ****** did not able to dispute the ************** order to access AutoDS service, users are required to log in through a TikTok or other account, which I never did. I just put my email and payment info. I have not used their dropshipping service at all. After canceling my subscription, I was no longer able to log in, possibly because my account was blocked.I am seeking BBBs help to resolve this issue and secure a full refund, as I never used their service and canceled my subscription even before it started.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Business Response

I open two accounts using mobile phone. The site states that I have 7 days free trial with after 7 days that will charge me ****** (the lowest option on mobile phone) I cancel the subscription and and uninstall the app on that day 2/16 or the day after 2/17.
