    I found astroline through an instagram add. I signed up and agree to a $1 free trial. My phone prompted ***** pay and I was charged. Immediately I was taken to another screen. I read something quickly but clicked the button at the bottom believing it was 'next' to take me to my subscription screen. I was immediately charged $29.99! The apple pay screen was never prompted and I was very confused how they could charge me again like that. I had accidentally paid $29.99 for what I believe is just a pdf of the information in the subscription? (this feels like a scam in itself) so I navigated to find help on their website and emailed them about cancelling the order within 5 minutes. (I believe it was 3 minutes from the email screenshots) They went back and forth with me acting like the refund was for the $1 trial to finally just say they won't refund. I reached out to my bank and wanted to flag it for BBB because I feel it may be illegal to not get apply pay authorization for each purchase? Although I know I made a mistake by not reading the page completely, it all feels very intentional in an effort to scam that the only and largest button on the next page after purchase, was for such a high, automatic purchase.     This company is very shady in their return/refund practices and cancellations procedures. They kept charging my account after cancellation, and I reached out via email to try and resolve the matter, only to be met with a generic email in return that stated they will not be issuing a refund. Due to their shady business practices, and because they did not prominently display the terms of the services they were providing, should be SUED for misleading their clients into purchasing a product that isn't even worth a ****.

    I downloaded an app called Astroline and cancelled subscription but was just charged 1.00 and ***** for a service I had cancelled. This went through ***** Pay. I also tried to log into their app and when I enter my email, it deletes before I can enter entire email to log into my account. I want a full refund.

    Once again my account has been reactivated by this company and is now charging my account $45. This is the 2nd or 3rd payment withdrawn from my account without my permission or knowledge. I'm trying to see how my account was reactivated but I cannot login to cancel. Please refund my money and STOP TAKING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. I don't want to be connected with this company as there are practices like this happening. End my subscription permanently and do not reactivated. I want no affiliation. I went through a whole year last year of money being taken out if my account weekly unbeknownst to me by this company. I don't want to go through this again.

    I subscribed to astroline and regret it. I want to cancel the subscription but there is no option to do so.. please help

    I paid one dollar to try out an app, but did not authorize a subscription. The company has charged me for a subscription, even though I canceled on the day they sent me the email saying they were going to charge me. I did not use the app after I paid a $1 to look at it, and I have not used it since. I have reached out to the company the same day of the charge for a refund via email, they wrote back the next day, but the email was not clear, and they have not refunded my money. I can find no account number, but my email inquiry has a number Ticket ID: ******

    I had signed up for the free trial, I was deducted the first 20, after that had happened I cancelled the subscription. They ended up taking more money even after i was cancelled and told me they would not charge me ( i have a screen shot of the email). I am now fighting with them to get it back and they refuse, even with showing that my subscription was cancelled

    On 10-8 I was charged on my debit card for a product or service I have no idea of, and received an email with a last 4 of a credit card that are not even mine. Several emails later, including one stating they canceled my "subscription" I am informed they do not issue refunds becaused:Dear ******* we said earlier, we are unable to provide you with a refund.     Company is an application on ***** that claims no charges and free trial periods. Once in the app they begin charges immediately and since cancellation have fraudulently continued to charge my card randomly different fees. It has attempted to charge over ****** in 2 months when services were .

    Its a ad on tik tok for a free reading but once u sign up u can not cancel to subscription in ur own not through ****** pay or Apple Pay. Like why do u have to reach out to a computer no live help to cancel then they take so long to respond its too late
