On March 12, 2025 I signed up for a trial subscription for $1 for one week. Five days later, I went on the website AND on the app to cancel my subscription. Because the website and app did not confirm my cancellation and I could not download proof, I canceled multiple times on both platforms. On March 19, they charged me $19.99 so I emailed them and told them I had already canceled multiple times within the week and asked for a refund. They replied saying "The subscription cancellation was not initiated before the end of the trial period. Consequently, an additional charge of $19.99 has been charged for the every 2 weeks of using subscription." I think this is how they make their money: by making it impossible to cancel the subscription! I want the public to know so they don't make the same mistake I did.Initial Complaint

I had signed up for astroline in December. I had then cancelled in January- they still charged me ***** I wrote an email in which they responded to saying they would cancel my subscription. They charged me again in February. I did the same thing and got the same response. Now I was just charged again in March. My only option is to block my card which is going to result in me having to change a whole bunch of stuff that currently uses that card.Initial Complaint

I made an accidental in-app purchase for some reports. Despite trying to cancel, the payment went through. Since the purchase went through I figured I might as well read the reports. Despite trying to access them on my browser and downloading the app to access them through the app I could not open the reports. After my experience I read through reviews and looks like other people have had this same issue of not being able to access the reports they paid for.Initial Complaint

I purchased a trial report for $1, was directed to a page with other reports with similarly sounding names and charged $29.99 when I downloaded what I though was the trial report I purchased. Astroline engages in deceptive practices to trick users into unintended purchases. Buttons are strategically placed to mislead users, making it easy to approve charges without realizing it.When questioned, they send a well-prepared email referencing a small, easily overlooked cost disclosure buried in a fast-moving flow - clearly designed to exploit users rather than provide transparency.This is a scam with unethical business practices. Be extremely cautious and avoid subscribing! I agreed to the advertised 1euro 3-day trial - almost instantly after accepting, I was charged twice, first 1.25euro for the trial and second *****euro for a PDF they claimed I agreed to purchase - however this was done unknowingly.Initial Complaint

I clicked on an ad on instagram offering a $1 i week free trial for an astrology app. I double clicked to pay $1. As I scrolled through looking for the offered content I accidentally hit a button that signed me up for a product that I did not want to purchase, and have not used. I then saw I was charged $5.99 for a two week trial, and $29.99 for something that I do not know about or want. I immediately cancelled my entire subscription (after less than 60 seconds on the app, mostly looking for customer service). I immediately reached out to explain that they were charging me for things I neither ordered, wanted or used, but was met with the response that Id authorized these payments, which is not true.Initial Complaint

Hidden subscription charges in fine print and hidden, not on the App Store under subscriptions. The subscription was charged after I did not consent and contacted them at the exact moment they charged, they refused to refund. Then hide your subscription to the app status on their website instead of the App Store under subscriptions. Purposefully scamming consumers to have a subscription be charged after a trial period.Initial Complaint

I made an online purchase for $1 and approved that charge with my bank. I went back to the website and hit view my report and then immediately got charged $29.99. There was no confirmation button and I did not approve that charge. I contacted them and they let me know that the $29.99 button was selected when I hit view my report and that they wouldnt be refunding my money. I contacted them moments after the charge occurred. It is still pending and I will dispute the charge with my bank. However, I want my money back for a charge I did not approve or agree to.
