    On 12/26 I noticed a charge for $30 from Astroline that I hadnt made. I had done one of the little $1 horoscopes about a week prior, but declined any further subscription. When I noticed the $30 charged I contacted support and went through the website process of canceling any sort of account they had for me. I have since continued to be charged 4 more times $20 each time. I have contacted the customer support many times only to be told that 1) any account for me is canceled and 2) I dont meet the requirements for a refund. I really feel that not having a subscription but still being charged is theft.

    I signed up for a trial period online to astroline for $1. Later that day I saw I had been charged two (2) additional charges, a Birth Chart for $28.99 and Zodiac Compatibility for $29.99. I immediately went on their site and cancelled the trial and asked for a refund of the other two items I was charged for. They claim I ordered these two additional items, however I never selected these items from their site or agreed to the purchase. I never requested the items listed above and if they were emailed to me I never received or opened those emails. I have pointed this out to them several times and they still refuse to refund my money.

    Im a customer in ****** who subscribed for a 3 day free trial for Astroline as I would like to see how it works first before fully interacting with Astroline, instead I was charged extra for other products which I didnt intend to have or buy as the website was confusing and Im not tech savvy.I clicked on get my reports as I thought that was included in the subscription and not as extra fees because the website didnt state this was a separate product to be purchased and the website was generally confusing.The refund would be for the compatibility and birth chart reports which has neither be downloaded nor would be downloaded.According to Astroline money back guarantee, it states that a refund would be issued if the steps to get a refund are followed thoroughly and the refund is requested before the end of your current subscription. I did follow through with the refund process thoroughly and was denied a refund by Astroline.I currently do not have access to the digital content and I do not have my refund as well.     I did a service trial. I contacted the company well before the cut-off to let them know I didn't plan to keep the service. I also followed all instructions to complete the cancellation. Somehow, it didn't go through, and I had to cancel again. They refused to refund my money. The cancellation process is purposely confusing and complicated. I believe this is how they're making their money. Very predatory.

    I was charged the following amounts on two different credit cards. After many attempts to contact the company and let them know these were fraudulent charges, they have been unwilling to refund me. I have since canceled credit card #2.1. $29.99 charged on 12/28/2023 on one Credit Card #1 2. $1 on charged on 12/22/2023 on Credit Card #2 3. $28.99 charged on 12/30/2023 on Credit Card #2 4. $19.99 charged on 12/30/2023 on Credit Card #2

    I followed the instructions per their website to get my money back and sent an email. They responded immediately saying I wasnt eligible, I sent their policy and highlighted that I am. Theh have stopped responding to emails since 12/15
