      The M8L Blu tablet is very good. I just don't fully understand how the program works and I feel like the information is limited and needs to be better explained

      Why did Excess Telecom send me two emails? I am NOT your customer! The reason I have not accessed the internet on Excess Telecom service in the past 30 days is because I have signed up with Excess Telecom.

      Received a tablet through them it was cracked a little bit at first it came on but when I went to put my email in it quit coming on it won't even slide up to unlock it there's been no activity on my account he said there was but there's no way there could have been call twice I never could get a person was on hold for over an hour and when I finally did get through he said I had two options one was to pay $50 the other one was to pay $20 this is ridiculous you can have your tablet back I need shippung label for it please and *** For the most part the shipping was fast customer service was horrible

      I applied to receive a tablet through the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). If you are approved, I am required to use the service once a month to keep the tablet active. I use my table at least 6-7 times monthly. I continue to receive text messages about if I want to keep my service I am required to use it once a month. Reply (yes) if you want to keep your service. I feel like I am being harassed. I get the messages for fTedlecom &-10 times a month. I want it to stop. I am doing over the required usage to keep the service. I want the harassment to stop!!!!!
