      I received the tablet in the mail few days ago and I have not had a issue yet. I am also truly enjoying the the fact that I can see what I am playing and watching on the screen

      I get a good signal most places i go. I just wish the tablet they send you was a little better. wont play a lot of games and runs kinda slow

      Tablet freezes up. I have Spectrum High Speed Internet for years. This tablet is cheap, of course because it's from the government. Do better government if you want to help us out and STOP being cheap.

      I went to apply for free internet through the *** program and was lead to excess telecom they had me put my information in and then said i can get a free tablet for $11 i didnt wanna pay that so i exited out of the page a week later I came home and my boyfriend said they sent me a tablet. I have not and will not cut it on because when i called the first time i had a man pick up he was rude and kept trying to get me to say yes to use the tablet once a month l. every question i asked he said you dont have to worry about that so i hung up. A week later (today) I get a call asked me an I (my name) and if i want to start the service say yes, she was pushing me to say yes and i kept asking questions and then she hung up i tried calling back and the phone kept hanging up until someone answered the phone again saying if you calling about the tablet say yes to continue the service. these people have my information and wanted me to say yes to gave them permission to access it so i will be ordering a new card today. This is most definitely a scam and now i have a tablet that i will not use, i asked can i send it back as well they told to call customer service.. i thought i was talking ti customer service and when i have called the customer service number the just talk me in circles
