      They call excessively stating you haven't used the service in 39 days! I told them over 6 months ago I DONT WANT THE SERVICE because of the excessive calls and text. I told them to remove my number, but they still call excessively from different phone numbers. Everytime I block a number they call from a new number, for months now. Even though I dismiss the calls and block them. I am a disabled senior and I'm in the process of seeking and attorney, they are disturbing me with calls 4 to 5 time a day weekends included. I don't understand why they don't stop calling there must be something they are gaining from making the calls to a person who blocks them. Why else would they switch to different numbers and continue calling? Im on FTC Do Not Call list but nothing stops Excess Telecom from harassing me day after day!

      I went to a stand and the employees at this company are scamming people and crating fraudulent accounts on customers , employee file out an application with my benefit card which I not provided my name and date of birth he asked me for my social and the rest of the information he made up , then told me I had to pay $30 for a tablet and then lowered it to $20 I refuse and told him to cancel my account which he never did , I asked him for his name or to show me his work ID and he refuse , I stood by and he was selling phones and tablets actives for $50 I am assuming with my name or other customers that he told them they had not qualified. This is a very serious matter !!
