    This company is a complete rip off. I initially paid $69 for a logo design for my cosmetic product. I was contacted to see if I wanted to add a website of $481 more. I told them that I would speak with my husband before spending that much money on a company that I never even heard of. I was sent 4 logo options which were okay but not in the name that I stated I wanted them in. I was told by ***** that he could get it fixed and that I would then need to pay $750 for a copyright & $850 trademark fee in which I told him that I wouldn't need that because I already have the paperwork for that and a friend that's a lawyer. Why would I pay them when I can pay less than $500 for everything on Legalzoom!!! Now they are calling me daily and I refuse to answer any calls from them anymore. I am disputing the charge with my bank now because it says the reason in the description is GAS! Now what kind of company is this? I should call my lawyer friend and slap a small claims case against them.

    I wish I read reviews on this company sooner also. I had gifted one of my realtor partners a logo and they called me months later saying I needed to pay another $1500 because "their" records shows that the rights to the logo has not been transferred under my or the business name. I had my own logo done with 99 designs and decided to try logo genies cause they seemed comparable in price. Never had an issue with 99 designs. And nearly 2 years later still getting random calls to demand money even when I told them I don't need the rights to the logo. They can keep it!!

    I worked with Logo Genies on a logo and website for my new company. Everything started decent until the end of the project came along. I paid to have my logo trademarked for multiple classes. After months of follow-up I finally get them to submit a single class trademark application and then call demanding more money or else my application would "expire." This was after multiple previous solicitations for more money including "another company" in ************** wanting to use my business name and only Logo Genies could stop it. Once I ended that phone call with the "Legal Specialist" at Logo Genies I immediately called the ***** and took matters into my own hand. Everything I was told was a lie. They are now holding $1,300 in funds paid to them for this trademark filing that was incomplete. I have sent emails and gotten no response; I have been promised phone calls that have never come into fruition. Upon coming to BBB and reading other reviews its apparent that this is a systemic pattern. It's sad that an alleged reputable business would do this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

    I paid LOGO GENIES to make a logo, and I was going to do the website with them, but After they finished the logo, I realized with my attorney that I could not use the name on my brand since it was taken. LOGO Genies offered me to make a new logo and register my new brand, as you can hear it.. a logo company registering a brand,, what a scam. After I got the artwork, I received at least 20 emails from LOGO GENIES stating that USPTO "sent them" an email that I could no use the previous logo. I received text messages from everybody on this company.. I had to block them all. This is harasment. It has been two months already and I keep receiving emails from them . I will press charges if needed. DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY".
