    I just got caught in their scam as well. They told me that once paid i have the rights of the logo, and that everything is done. I then asked, will I be charged for anything else, and the person known as "****" said no. When the logo was made, which was nice, but not to what was brought upon me afterwards. They transfer you to someone else (*****) who says that the logo needs to be registered and copyright to the owner. They requested approximately $1,500.00 for this to be done. I was outraged and demanded a refund and no longer was interested. They smooth talked me by giving me a discount, as a courtesy as they called it. I paid an extra $900.00. Today, I got a call from another person, who says he's in charge of filing or finalizing registration, and asked if I wanted a 5 year, 10 year or lifetime registration. Once I heard that I knew exactly what I got myself into. I am usually savvy about scammers such as these ******, but because I was so in need of a logo in such a short amount of time I went ahead just to meet a deadline that I had on schedule. I will further pursue this matter.

    I wish I had checked here before doing business with this operation. Very affordable logo design with decent quality. Then the trouble begins. As other have said, they keep calling to get additional payments for copyright registration, next for trademark registration, then legal review, then some international **** registration request for another fee: Patent Fee:**** Registration fee $1,899. each request comes with a link to take you to their website to pay the fee. They also say "The **** Business Trademark is an important asset that requires effective protection and management". There is no proof of filing, cannot use any reference numbers they provide. Don't do business with this company.It is unbelievable and I will be reporting the charges to my credit card.

    Poor Business Practices They made a logo for me several years ago for $29 bucks. Since them have received nothing but hassle from them including solicitation phone calls and most recent a demand to file a trademark on the logo. I filed all required paperwork after clearing the text of the logo with no results. A person who claimed to be a paralegal began to read me the riot act and I suggest... do what you have to and meanwhile delete all personal info from Logo Genies. I had to hang up on him. I suggest NOT doing business with these people in any form or fashion. They demonstrate scam characteristics.Date of experience: August 09, 2023

    I agree with all you that they are a scammer that are out of country! They get you a good deal on the logo and then they try to get you Trade **** it for a fixed fee, which most goes to ***** and small fee for their service. I was okay with this till they took a long time submitting the ** application and then they came back asking for Publication fee ($3300), which USPTO office does it for free or included in the initial application. They provided me the application reference number for me to chk status on USPTO site, but nothing was coming up - even though they say they filed it 3 weeks ago. I was able to report them to my credit card company and fortunately they refunded my money. Stop any work you plan to give them and go somewhere else.

    They are scammers. They did poor work. Did not compleate the assignment and double charged me for the same services. They called while I was on the road and unable to verify their claims. They then extorted me for thousands of dollars to pay for services I had ****** paid for and they never provided the documentation to comply.

    I read these reviews too late. Thank God I was only scammed out of $29.00 and I used a prepaid debit card that I only add money to when I'm going to order something. 3 ************* 3 Revision Cycles 1 Dedicated Designers Free Color Options Free Grayscale Format 24 to 48 Hours TAT All File Formats (PNG, JPG)100% Ownership Rights 100% Money Back Guarantee ALL LIES.I did get 3 designs that were junk. I emailed a sample of the font, colors, and information required on the logo. I haven't received a response or another REVISION.

    They are scammers! Stay far away! All they try to do is upsell you and take a week to provide a simple logo. The employees have made up names like ************************* but are obviously calling from a call center outside of the **. Do not buy from them!

    Logo Genies will milk you out of as much money as they can. I've experienced first hand all the tactics described in the reviews below. Every couple of months according to Logo Genies someone was trying to trademark my website. I paid for the website to be secured only to get a call that the website had been hacked by malware. Don't walk away from this company, RUN as fast as you can.

    The company and site is the biggest scam. I paid $119 for ** ogo and got junk. When I asked for a modification, they ghosted me. I have emailed, called, and tried to chat with them on their site, and nothing,BUYERS READ THE COMMENTS BEFORE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY.
