  I wish I wouldve saw this website telling me about this company being a scam before I decided to go with them for a logo. They are running the same game on every single person that pretty much uses their services. I just wanted a logo design for a new business start up. I paid $29 for the initial logo design. I was not informed at all that there would be additional fees like Ownership and trademarking until I did my own research and realized I did not have to go through them in order to trademark the logo. My designer told me it will cost 1000 additional dollars in order to own and trademark. When I told him I did not want to go with that company to trademark. He told me it would be 500 still to own it and he wanted to know when I could pay. I requested an invoice to know exactly what I was paying for, and he told me he could only provide it once I paid the money first, which I thought was fishy because any other company will send you a bill for what you owe. He then proceeded to send me a link to add my credit card information that had nothing to do with logo genies, nor did it have the name Of their website at all. Of course, he did try to upsell me too on a website, even though I told him I had designers already and my website was gonna be completed within a day or two. He still proceeded to try to persuade me from using them and use the logo genie service. I had a bad feeling from them from the first phone call from its lack of professionalism and rambling on about stuff unrelated to what I was asking. For example, he was telling me about how some other person got scammed because they didnt decide to trademark their logo and it cost them over $3000 in legal fees in the end-instead of the 1000 to get it trademarked. Thats when my suspicions began. Once I saw this site having horrible reviews by the BBB, I knew my suspicions were not invalid. I wish someone would revoke their business license so no one else has to fall victim to these scammers!!

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I,, too, had them design a logo for my business. They kept pressuring me to have them design a website. Thank goodness I already had someone doing that. They designed a logo, which I was happy enough with. However they then proceeded to tell me I needed to pay $500 to have my design copyrighted. I informed them they should have told me that upfront and that I was not going to pay for the copywrite. I did get it in writing that I was allowed to use the design without the copywrite. Now, 4 months later, they are telling me my business name , which is registered in my home state, is being applied for in the state of ***** and that I must file an order to have this stopped. Needless to say, that's when I started looking into it and found the same complaints have been filed as a scam with the BBB. I wish I could stop this business from their fraudulent business practices so no one has to go through this same hassle.

  If you want to kiss $4000 goodbye, use these idiots. *************************** and *********************** work together to scam you. ******** was so sweet but don't let that mislead you. They would together to get your bank information. After they drain your account they no longer take calls and will not respond. They need to be in jail.

  They wasted my time and stole my money. All the work I completed was deleted. SCUM SCAMMERS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. BE AWARE THEY ARE THIEVES. ******* I worked with barely spoke English. Zero star review BAIT and SWITCH tactics. Liars. Thieves. Despicable company. F Rating on BBB says it all. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

  This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with on the planet. I had them do a LOGO for a book I am working on. The Logo was supposed to take a week to do but ended up being 6 months late because the original artist conveniently died of COVID so they said. So after getting bounced around two other artists they finished it to my satisfaction and then convinced me to register it for $750 on top of the $300 I had already paid them. End of story, right? WRONG. A year later they call me up out of the blue to say that someone is stealing my IP and that they can help me block them at the ***************** If I pay them $1500 they can tell the current party trying to register my product to cease and decist and then the ownership will revert back to me at the **************** where I can then Trademark under my name for that $1500 fee. That scared me into saying yes. I was in tears after the call because of how expensive it was. After I hung up with them I looked them up. F rating on the BBB. The comment section full of experiences of what I just went through. I check my bank records. The charge had shown up but not from LOGO GENIES but from some random Photography studio. When i confronted them they said that was one of their umbrella companies they use to do business. I said NO. I had the bank reverse the charges and cancel the credit card and I never signed the paperwork to complete the deal and let them start doing the work. End of story, right? NO. They have been calling me now for the last year (two years now total) trying to get me to sign off on the trademark service. I told them no. I have blocked 12 phone #'s from them. Just now, they called me again and I answered. I told them in not nice terms to go away and leave me alone and that I don't want the service. The Indian guy on the line had the nerve to say OKAY THEN. You owe us $1000 cancellation fee. I hung up and blocked them again. SCAMMERS! JUNK COMPANY! AVOID!

  Absolutely NO customer service that I can see. Having issues with purchase of some logo packages, I reached out to them online multiple times, but never received a response. I will never use them again.

  I received a logo from them and the logo was ok but found similiar logos online so most likely it was stolen. I had constant text messages wanting me to have a website and I didn't want a website I just wanted the logo with ownership. I asked them if I would specifically get the ownership and said yes. Fast forward months down the road I receive an email from a legal advisor saying I need to register for ownership or I could be fined. Why is this something I am just getting now? This company is a joke and should be taken down for fraud.

  They lure you in with what sounds like a good deal for a logo, $29 for a handful of concepts. Once you agree on one they turn around and say they want another $350 just for the rights to the logo. On top of all this they sold my phone number to robocallers.

  This place is a scam! Do not do business with them. I asked for a very basic design for my company. They took over a week. They sent proofs and I told them what I liked and didnt like. They made some changes but not what I said. Im pretty sure they used AI. My logo was garbage. We went back and forth for a day or so and instead of changing my design they started pushing a website design. I repeatedly told them I was not interested. They persisted. I told them no. Then they kept pushing a patent for my business. Again I told them I was not interested. They persisted. Finally I was so fed up I said send me my logo or refund me. They sent over my logo. An unfinished logo that was nothing what I wanted. They sent it in a zip and in formats I couldnt make changes to get the logo I desired. I chalked the whole process up as a loss. Fast forward to today. I get this text Hey *****,Hope you are doing well.This is *****, the Legal Advisor from the paralegal team of (Logo Genies). If you recall you did signup on our website back in 2022 for the **** design with the same name "Renegade Striping So, I would like to inform you that USPTO (*****************************************) has received an application with the same company name to be trademark registered.Upon searching the **** in our data base, you information popped up, since you are our existing client, we are giving you the option to choose whether you want to keep this name or we should allow the second applicant to get this company name. Therefore , as our companys policy for this is a coincidence, so we are giving you the benefit to choose, as you signed up first , whether youd like to registered the trademark or not.As we need to respond to the other applicant as well kindly reach out ASAP or provide us with the best number and time for the paralegal team to reach you,Prompt response would be highly appreciated.What a load of s*** Do not use this company. They are trash, and scam artist.
