This company is a complete scam, and everyone needs to know. I hired them to do a logo for my kids you tube channel 8 months ago. They took eight months before they finally said they would release my selected logo, which they still have not released. On the day of the agreed release, they tried to up-charge me with copyright registration fees, telling me that it is their "policy" and that I was speaking with their "legal compliance team", and then when I still refused despite their complete B.S. lies, they tried to up-charge me yet again on resolution format. When I refused and told them that I would dispute the charge on my credit card if they did not give me what I purchased, they finally said they would release the design, but days later and still no response or release. At this point they have blocked me and have stolen my money. This is NOT a reputable company. I am sorry I selected them without checking their ****** reviews, which all say the same thing.

I had a logo created by the company Logo Genies back in March of 2023. Their "legal" department emailed me today (1/26/2024) saying that I had a trademark conflict and that I had to act quickly to file my trademark with them. I unfortunately fell for it and paid them $2679.00 to file it. While I was on the call I Googled their company name and scam info came up so I told them I wanted to cease the entire process. Then they said they spoke with someone from the US ************************* and that the application was accepted and that I would have my case number within the hour. They were trying to pressure me further to spend $3000 on a lifetime publication fee. After I got off the phone and realize what happened, I reported them to the US ************************* scam investigation team, as well as the ****

I discovered LogoGenies on ****** and decided to choose them to create a logo for my future business and personal use. My last name is ******* so I wanted a logo to resemble this for my ******* workout channel. After paying $59, I received a logo that I was happy with. I instructed the company (***** and *******) that I only wanted ownership of the logo. I did not want trademark and copyright through them due to the very high cost they quoted me. They then deceived me into paying $519 for ownership (which I did) and filing fees. and sent me FAKE documents from copyright.gov stating it was complete. About ten days later, they tell me I need to pay more money. And that my documents were not finalized. I knew at this point it was a scam. I reached out to legal for help. I stopped payment on the $519. They continued to harass me through excessive calls/texts They even sent me a screen shot of someone who left them a review on ****** that statedmake sure these people do not have your information! Which I took as an indirect threat. They continue to message me daily, absolutely crazy stuff. This company and the people who work for them are all frauds. They need to be shut down and investigated. I am reaching out to copyright.gov and providing them the fake documents they sent me. I pray no one else ever has to deal with these crooks

I initially paid $29 for a logo, I thought I would give this a try. Every design they would send me was very very generic and I would have to call them in order to find out any updates. They always would say "you haven't received anything yet?". Only after I would reach out to them, would they send me something. They are not professional at all. They upselled me to design a website, which at this time I haven't received. It has been 7 weeks and no progress. I have spent a total of $829 , filed a complaint with my bank.

The business upsold me on a product. I was excited to start a new small business, until I began feeling weary about the company. I found many reviews indicating that the business is a scam and that they don't deliver on what they promise. I was told I would receive logos by a certain day and time and did not. After I filed a dispute with my credit card company, this company emailed me "mock **** that looked like a 5th grader made on ********** I did not respond to this fake attempt at delivering anything at all. My credit card company later received 31 pages of documents showing that they provided a service. The document was sent by a man that has never contact me (*************************). They created a fake email, didn't bother adding my email address, and then added a file that they titled with my name. This company is 100% a scam. The credit card company offered to credit me $100 but I declined. It is not their responsibility to refund me for the services that were not provided. I gave no approval for any logo, nor did I receive any file. Just some initial "mock up" after my dispute with the bank.

I used Logo Genies, affiliated with Artnart Studio, to create a logo, build a website, host it for three years, and search engine optimization (***). The Logo and website was $750 and hosting was $1,600. Hosting was paid in three installments 10/31/22, 11/25/22, and 12/17/22. The website was created and operating. Shortly after, I was pressured into the *** services which I reluctantly purchased for $699 on 2/24/23. Immediately after paying for *** services, they said I needed to pay an additional $250 to add more webpages to my site. I told them I didn't want anymore webpages and I told them several days after I purchased the *** services, and before they started work, that I would like to cancel. They told me I couldn't cancel, so I tried to stop payment on the *** with my CC company. Once they saw the stop payment they shut down my server so my website was not available. I reluctantly agreed to pay them $699 again to get the website back, but they fought the chargeback and won, so I paid them twice. Luckily AMEX refunded me the second transaction as a duplicate. My *** services ran out in June, and I told them I didn't want to pay for more, as it was of no value for my informational website. They emailed me on 7/5/23 saying:"Please be informed that the copyrights for ocosink.com are currently in a pending status. It has come to our attention that the necessary action has not been taken to finalize the copyright claim. To protect your website's content and secure your rights as the rightful owner, immediate action is required. To complete the copyright registration and secure your website's copyrights, there is a one-time fee of $1800. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with processing the copyright claim."I told them I was not interested and they immediately shut down my server again. They sent phony screenshots, links, and anecdotes that said ****** took down the website. If I paid $1,800 they would restore within 3hrs.

LogoGenies is a scam. After paying $29 for a logo (which would include ownership of that logo), I was told that I needed to spend more money just to use the logo. I tried to do a copyright through them, but after weeks of no progress, I asked for a refund. They refused. MANY people texted and called me to harass me regarding this. After so many run arounds, and going from people like *************************** and *****************************, I was transferred to many other people.all rather unprofessional. I tried to ask for a refund, but I was met with scammy ways, so I filed a claim with my bank. After ***** told me that they wouldnt pursue this any farther, I got a letter from my bank saying they send some screenshots (cherry picked and manipulated) and that LogoGenies would be contesting my claim. I tried to contact LogoGenies many more times to fix this issueand I was met with people putting me on hold for quite a bit (hoping Id just hang up), being hung up on, and rude people telling me that they wouldnt refund a ***** back. Dont trust this company. They claim you are going to copyright a project with them, but then try to charge you money just to use the logo you purchased.I want the $200 back that was supposed to be used for copyright, but I found out was just taken from me. I told this company that I would do the copyright on my own, but they are refusing to do much, until possibly my bank cancels my claim (which I feel they will just ghost me after that).

I purchased their services for logo deisgn for a flat fee which was paid up front and debited from my financial institution. After the logo was completed and my files were supposed to be delievered electronically, the representative ******************* stated he needed to charge me extra for the Ownership Rights and Trademark (paid to a 3rd party company) and this was required to completed the project and deliver the product as promised. I asked where was it stated before signing up that this is required and he stated it's communicated until after the logo is completed. I communicated to him that I was not paying extra and please provide the files or a refund for dissatisfaction with customer service. He declined to provide either. Both their website and emails state, 100% Money Back Guaranteed, 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed, and 100% Ownership Rights. I am requesting to receive my files that were already paid for.The representative declined to provide me this information in writing so I may provide it to the BBB.

nal $750 before I could use my logo,This was never explained to me or even mentioned in the numerous phone calls, in fact ******** stated that I would be able to use my logo for life after I paid the originally $300 filing fee.Since it appears that I am now not able to use the logo I have copyright to, nor I have received the templates that I paid for I am requesting to be refunded the fees. I am happy to not use the logo and return all files to Logogenies
