      I had a bodily injury claim with this company. Which I have never had to file before so when they asked for documents through email I responded and ask for clarification. They did not respond for several weeks or return my phone calls. After finally reaching someone (*****************) she was exceptionally rude. My wife was sitting next to me and since she was being rude to me talking to me like it was my fault that she didn't respond. With my permission since my wife deals with all the paperwork stuff my wife tried to asked some questions trying to confirm that we had the correct contact information she continued to be rude. It was a horrible experience. I'm the one who got hurt and their driver was at fault and she made me feel like I was just a hassle. If it wasn't for my wife saying that we are going to continue I was ready to just let go of my claim even though I was in pain for a month. She made me feel like I was at fault for even filing a claim and she was irritated just dealing with it. There was sensitivity to the situation at all

      CSAA Claims My *********************** a hit and run on 5/18. I reported the event immediately and the other party was recorded fleeing the scene. Photos, license plate, and police report. AAA adjuster ***************************, his supervisor *****, the other parties adjuster ******** Island and her supervisor *************** have all provided false information regarding coverage, liability of the other party. I was informed they didn't have coverage until I found out they not only had coverage they had AAA coverage. Prior to knowing this information, I was encouraged by my adjuster to take the uninsured motorist without confirming insurance coverage of the other party. After pushing and pushing, that's when I found out they had AAA ins. I was informed the other party accepted liability after finding out they had been recorded and said it was their son. I was told this by ******* and *****. Later to learn from ******** Island, this is a lie. ******** has only told me they are investigating coverage and recently said that they were wrong and they are investigating coverage and liability. She told me to just go fix my truck on my own dime. She said I was told a lie. That's all this company has done is lie and not take responsibility to cover cost to fix or replace this vehicle because both parties insurance carrier is through them. They are blaming the other party and procrastinating fixing my truck. I am paying daily out of my own pocket for a rental. This company is doing something really wrong here and trying to relieve themselves of their duty to cover cost of damages to the truck that their insurance customer has through them whom hit my truck and fled the scene. I'm doing all I can to report and get this information out there. Never have I ever been treated so rudely, provided no help or direction and have had to do all of this on my own, obtaining my own police report, the only one that calls for answers or information. AAA needs to do what is right by their customer, ME.

      You can't cancel your membership online and I don't see a way to remove my credit card online even though the customer service agent said I can. Maybe it's buried deep somewhere. The whole thing just rubs me as a very deceptive website to try to lock members in.

      This company is horrible. The customer service is pathetic and cannot give a straight answer. Straight to the point. I asked to cancel my mom insurance since she passed. I gave them a copy of the death certificate. They then tell me oh since you're not on the policy we need her here to approve you to cancel her insurance. I was like I am supposed to bring her back from the dead. They looked at me like I was crazy. I am so glad I don't have insurance with them because I feel they want to rip the public off.

      Most over priced car insurance we ever had, we recently canceled them and they had to send letters saying they are gonna report us to DMV for not having insurance.. which we got State Farm for $200 a month cheaper same day we dropped them. the people working there has to be ******* for doing that. I highly recommend you never get this company. they are horrible

      After 36 years with AAA and filed a claim for non fault auto accident. The worst experience of my life and dumped them immediatley.

      My dissatisfaction is with the fact that AAA and CSAA do not appear to communicate with each other even though AAA brought CSAA on as an Insurance company and I have a Condo and Auto insurance wth CSAA . I spent approximately 8 hours over 2 days trying to find the correct page to pay my bill. It appears that some time last year I switched to digital payments. Representatves from each company directed me to a different Web Page under Cluballiance.aaa,com to find the bill. or to find the spot where I was to place my Pass Code. I finally found the CSAA insurance company phone number called and paid I think over phone. Im still getting digital messages to go back and confirm. It was much easier to get the paper bill and policy and pay. **** is higher than quoted by about 10. They are charging more for the paper bill.

      I was left on the side of the road for over 2.5 hours, waiting for a simple battery jump, but for 1) being able to text back the 6 or so follow up calls from road side assistance, and 2) my clicking on the battery quote link out of curiosity. If all you need is a battery jump, do not click on the battery quote. If you do, it will automatically change your request to needing a new battery or tow. Their people will call you all night long to get a decision before they will EVER dispatch help, even if it is around the corner. If you are low on cell phone battery or on an unstable network, you cannot text them back to relay your need/decision, even if the computer tells you no battery replacement service is available in your area. This is an abject failure on AAA'S part. This is a not for profit organization that is supposed to be dedicated to its members. Shamless. When I finally got home with NO help from them, I called their rep number yest again on a different phone. I still got the same computer. 36-year member.

      Took over 30 days to determine if my vehicle was totaled or repairable using up my rental car period per my policy. Have been with AAA over 12 years and this service was terrible!

      This service used to be good, but that has changed! I am a premium member, and needed their fuel service. The driver showed up, and gave me, maybe, a 1/2 gallon of fuel, and said it was 2 gallons. He then called dispatch to say that I wanted more than 5 gallons?????? Blatent dishonesty. I then called dispatch, and they sided with their driver, and said they wouldn't send any more fuel, but could provide me with a tow to the nearest gas station? I was mistreated so badly, I will never pay for their fraudulent roadside assist program again. They are so big, I know they don't care. 2 ******* of gas is worth more to them than my membership. The driver, PUKE, DISHONEST AND EXTREMELY RUDE. HE WAS THE WORSTVPERSON.
