      I am a first time customer with **A Auto **********************, and this will most definitely be my last time with this company! My vehicle was hit by a careless driver.I submitted photos, videos and called ** police to the scene in support of my claim of this accident. The agent assigned ****** ****** was horrible with returning phone calls, researching liability and holding the other person and insurance liable as they had no evidence of ************ frustration of waiting for three and a half weeks for an update from ****** ******, I left a message for his supervisor ******** to which I am still waiting for a return call.This company lacks professionalism and integrity as it relates to ************** a company that stands up for their customers.. as this company and this agent does NOT.

      Had AAA auto and home insurance for three years with no claims or problems. But out of the blue my home owner insurance went up $,1300 a year from $1,350 to $2400 with no claims and my auto as well. Went shopping found a great deal at Progressive way cheaper on both with same coverage. I guess what makes me mad had to call auto and home separately and not one person asked way I was leaving. I had just got a letter telling how great of a loyalty customer I was.

      CSAA,AAA insurance is very bad service. I have a light accident without damage but they regard serious and claim big money. But other party driver don't provide driving information, and the insurance company ask my information, refuse to give me the other party driving information. They regars as nothing.Traffic law lawyer say this is regarded as 'hit and run. I know they write accident report to ***. Without give both party driving information and report 'hit and run' is discrimination, ie. cover other driver and set me up.

      Original & Follow Up Post: WARNING! Do not purchase Homeowner's Insurance with AAA! Dont put your family at risk! I purchased AAA Homeowner's Insurance three weeks ago. Today, (June 9, 2025), I received a cancellation letter in the mail stating that my policy was being cancelled as of June 8, 2025. I didn't even receive their cancellation letter until the day after it was cancelled! (As we all know, it is almost impossible to find new insurance if you are currently uninsured.) *** gave me zero days to find a new insurance company before cancelling my policy! In the cancellation letter, AAA stated the reasons for cancellation as: 1. Due to restricted dog breed. Since when is a Great Pyrenees a restricted dog breed? I told them I had a Great Pyrenees when I filled out the online form to receive a quote. I also told the agent that sold me the policy my dogs breed when she asked me what kind of dog I owned. Reason 2: The condition of the roof (worn, patched, and lifting shingles). I had a new roof put on three years ago; my roof is not in bad condition. I have also received horrible customer service from the *** agent that sold me the policy. Afer gladly taking my money, she disappeared! She has not returned one of my texts or messages and she did not email me with the information and documents that she promised to email. Not to mention, she failed to call me, text me or email me to let me know my policy was being cancelled. Follow up: After providing AAA with documentation to prove my dog is a Great Pyrenees not a Chow, I finally received a reinstatement letter. Three weeks later- I just received another cancellation letter in the mail due to "lack of payment." I paid the entire year premium in full at the time of purchase. The STRESS of purchasing AAA Homeowner's Insurance has been terrible for months now & that is working with one of their "resolution analyst" that contacted me!! This resolution analyst has now quit responding to my emails!

      Have a customer since 1999, have dropped the ball and lied about not receiving dispatch. When you have text updates that were sent. No renewing of membership for this type treatment.

      Hour and a half wait, told to go get a form from the dealer. Got the form and voila another hour and a half wait.Rude about it too. Like I was crowding. After I ALREADY WAITED!Their DMV has one purpose, find anything they can to make you come back. They never just put the fries in the dang bag. AAA Modesto is the WORST!

      It is been almost 90 days since the accident I have been treated horribly by the insurance companies that I auto pay for every three months on time for the last five years this is my first accident and it wasnt even my fault. It was someone elses fault for turning left when there was a sign that said yield oncoming traffic. This is theft of Services. They continue to take my money but fail to communicate with me. Talk to me talk to my attorney or handle anything and its almost been **************************************************************************************************************** the deductible when it could very easily be waived and theyre trying to take it out of my deductible that was already less than what my engine was worth. Ive never been treated so poorly by any insurance company, especially when theyre still charging me fully for totaled vehicle when I havent been paid anything for it and Im still being charged for covering it for full coverage. Everybody passes the **** and nobody does their job. Instead of trying to help the customer they only wanna fight the customer. I would never suggest this ********************** to anyone. The CEO makes a ridiculous money an hour, but they cant take care of their customers that pay that CEO. Ive never been more disappointed with this company in my life. Instead of trying to be on my side as my insurance company they are trying to fight with me instead of fighting the other insurance company that has already admitted 60% fall in the state of Utah if its over 51% youre 100% at fall so why are they not going after the other company, **** or criminal reasons theres no excuse. Im so beyond frustrated with this company. Im so beyond frustrated with its employees and I am so beyond frustrated that nobody can do anything in AAA but now that Ive been in the one accident and theyre not helpingSomebody needs to investigate them for fraud

      AAA automobile insurance filed a claim against me instead of my insurance company. They wanted to charge me $1,300 for a barely perceptible **** that I caused because my door touched their client's door. Furthermore, they sent their collection agency to go after me. My insurance claim adjuster said that they should not go after me but through them. Furthermore, my adjuster said they are waiting on *** for a document to settle this matter. My adjuster said that "Obviously, we are going to dispute the charges."

      The Insurance agent told that no one has ever had an increase from the SMARTrek app. Our rates are going up %10 now because of it. They lied to us.

      ******** customer service. I always have issues with *** they say they will correct the problem and never do. The company has no issues collecting money but have every issue solving problems with there services and customer service. The website tells you to pay this amount and you get an email saying that you still owe and when you call there is no way for them to help you or correct the issue. Hummmm I think it's crock but what can you do on the phone. You can't get a manager to solve it and they tell you they will to shut you up and it still continues for many years after no solution made. Don't ever get Triple AAA lol they a joke.
