    Id rather go to a store to test perfumes than paying so much for samples. I ordered a few samples from this store worth $74 and they gave me a bad migraine. They do not accept refunds even when the samples caused health hazard and now its a total waste of money for me.

    I am filing this complaint against MicroPerfumes due to a gross fulfillment error and completely unacceptable customer service. On an order delivered on October 15, 2026 (Order #sp-5640872), the company filled two 5ml travel spray bottles with completely incorrect fragrances. They incorrectly filled the Chanel Chance Eau Splendide and Lancme Trsor travel sprays with entirely different, unrecognized scent profiles.I contacted their support team immediately to resolve the issue. Over the course of several emails, I provided the exact photographic evidence they requested to prove the discrepancy. Despite clear visual proof and the fact that what was poured into the bottles obviously does not match the actual premium designer fragrances I paid for, MicroPerfumes dismissed my claim. They insisted no mistake was made on their end and abruptly closed my support case, leaving me with no recourse and no refund.They have taken my money, provided a product "significantly not as described," and refused to act in good faith to rectify their fulfillment error.
