    I purchased a game from this company********** it was a pre purchase. it has been more than 2 weeks since this games launch. i have yet to sit down and enjoy any play or freetime with the product due to frequent game crashes and or refunds due to refund denial by steam. the game constantly crashes, i have applied every work around found on this companies website and it affiliates to rectify the problem, unsuccessful. the problems seem to differ from day to day. the most frequent being a constant crash called **********, that crashes computer and game, as usual, the companies websites frequently advise you to change your settings and pc options (and i have) but the problems still persists. i dont know how these companies arent held for criminal activity for receiving money fro unusable products.
