  Unprofessional took money from me and never returned it after I had cancelled was told I getting it in 15 days been more than a month more than $200 and they never answer your call

  I think the customer service is for this company is terrible and I think they are also fraudulent they supposedly merged with another company and charged us twice in one month $300 for the regular company that was supposed to be taking the direct deposit to fix our credits and then charge this again 5 minutes later for their new merging company a total of $600 we contacted them and explained everything the person that we talked to insisted that we must not be correct so we sent him an email with the bank statement showing that we had been charged twice from the same company with a new title on the beginning of the name and the person told us that this actually has been happening all morning to several people once he saw the email that we proved and he said that they would contact us in 14 days to tell us when they would be able to refund the money we have not heard from them we have tried contacting them 10 15 times multiple messages no response no money reimbursement we have called and hit a busy signal or a dead end every single time with no return call on messages we finally got through for the second time ever after waiting an hour and 30 minutes soon as we started to speak to the lady her name was ***** and she said how are we doing we explained to her that we've been on hold for an hour and 35 minutes and she hung up on us if this is how a legal practice conducts business then I think they're standard is terrible and they should not be allowed to take people's money especially when taking money twice which becomes fraudulent somebody needs to contact us from this firm or they can speak to the bar association I think that is going to be our next move we don't have $600 to play with on our budget especially when we have children and the inflation of our bills has increased but our pay has not I think they need to be better with customer service or they need to stop taking money from customers this is *********************** from ***** ******* they made me put that one star

  Litigation Practice Group they did not help with debt no emails helping me with my cards debt 1 person was **************************** he is they only person with law firm they took my money from my bank ************* not business person he is the only one

  If you did business with this company, you got scammed. They are not who they say they are and consequently they dont do what they say they do. They took my money and ran.

  This company is fraudulent in every way possible. Promise to resolve your credit card debt, take thousands of dollars from you and then when your "program" ends, the creditors start sending summons to you. LPG then won't answer their phone. They won't answer emails. They promise to return a call within 48 hours and don't.They are crooks. They should be sued.

  Very bad communication. Ended up finding out today that my documents were sent to another firm. I already have a summons that they were supposed to be attending to but I have yet to receive any details in regards to the case after the summons date. On the court docket it appears as if I don't have any representation from the attorney assigned to me. I was on the phone for over an hour today till I got through to someone. Phoenixlaw.co supposably has my information. Talk about a complete poo show.

  I join the *** program to help me with my debt and I have full paid them $6,267.32 in October 2022 last year but no service from them has been rendered as of today 06-Apr-2023. I have been calling their office but no answer always.

  I did my part of the contract but they haven't. After 3 years and over $25,000 later they still don't have my credit fixed. Now I can't get a hold of anyone and I see on the web they are permanently closed. It is a scam and a joke but they got more than they should of from me. they aren't even worth 1 star.

  Wish I could give less. They took over $11,000 from my account over the few years. They did nothing to help with debt, and now I'm out that money. Can we all get together and file a lawsuit against them? I could use that money back to pay it off myself.
