  I began with this company on 1/21/22, I was told that they would be representing me to my creditors which the process of validity of my credit. They would be in touch with my creditors until March 17, ****. I started out paying $337.71 dollars, the creditors were added so the withdrawal of money went to $350.60 then to $411.36. on 12/29/2022 i Was suited by one creditor to pay $245.00 dollars which brought my cost down to $116.36 dollars. On 02/2/2023 I received an email from ************ Group telling me that they were forwarded my files from LPG and they would be handling them. Three days letter LPG sent an email telling me my files were turned over to ************ Group and they fought hard to keep everything in place. So they did keep the frame time that they would be handling my files.

  All they did was take my money, over ******* gone for nothing! They never contacted the company I owed! They never called they even sent me to a new firm with no plans at all to help me! Please if you are thinking about using them... don't!! And if you are already involved...quit now and get a local attorney to help recover what they have taken! They will not help you but they will rob you!

  I enrolled with LPG 3 years ago and they only worked out with two of the smaller debts to pay them so much each month. This is something I could have arranged so my thought is why did I pay them almost 11 grand for three years because my credit is still c*** I can hardly ever get anyone on the phone to ask anything and now I was sent to another company without my consent. I am very unhappy.

  On January 13 2022 3:31:02p.m. I signed a contract with LPG they are a debt resolution company. They were to help me dispute two companies Upstart for ******** and SYNCB/PPC for ******** I paid them $304.84 from January 28, 2022 to December 28, 2022 from my Navy Federal account automatic draft every month. This company did nothing but leave my credit score from a 708 I believe at the time to now a 546 and didnt pay either one of these creditors a dime. The creditors 1 is taking me to court in May in Norfolk General district court while another has put me in collections and collections company is calling me everyday. I do not know what to do in this matter *** tried emailing and calling and nobody is answering or replying and I see through BBB now several complaints and that there were others who were scammed just as I was.

  I've paid $291 to this company and they have not did any kind of work on my loans and credit cards. I see we're they are scaming people out of their money and they don't do the job they say.

  Very disappointed, been with them since 2021 and have yet to see any results and I've just learned that they are permanently close so why are they still trying to get money from me. In February 2023 they tried to get 2 payments out of my account I guess because they were closing but I put a stop on all payments very very disappointed

  LPG contacted us in february 2021 and we signed up with them, they told us not to pay and say anything to the creditors, which we did. And started paying them money monthly and waiting . Once the creditor start calling us , we got nervous and contacted always LPG . This year we finally got one debt taken care off, but another summons came to our house, and we forwarded that to LPG also, and all of a sudden they do not reply anymore. Their phone numbers don't work anymore, the email does not reply on all your emails. So we are going to handle it our self. But LPG still is taken money out of our account. I will have to go to the bank an stop that payment for LPG immediately. I hope not that this was a scam ?

  They stole over 10k from me after 3 years of nothing as I paid them for services... how do I get my money back? Do i have to *** them? This is a ridiculous company that steals money and you can't get in contact with them then even u look on the site it says permanently closed?? how the the customers they robbed get relief here? HELP
