      I worked with *** to settle my debts as a debt resolution company. In 2023 I received an email stating that consumer legal group would be taking over my account with LPG. I called when I received this and was told that my account was closed out and all debts have been paid. Just now calling they say there is no record. I just was served on 1/18 for being sued from a past creditor whos debts show I did not pay. Although LPG said I was done with my program. When I dug into my experian history, it shows that 3 creditors have not been paid, while the others were taken care of. It is only a matter of time now that the other companies come after me for these debts. I need help with what to do here. I have also since, found this article on the scam associated with this company: ********************************************************************************************************************************************************* dont know what to do from here. Obviously I was part of a scam

      In 2020, my phone was hacked, my identity was stolen anf among other things they hacked into my credit cards. I ended up owing my credit card companies twice the limit. They closed the accounts and charged them off choosing not to believe me. I called litigation practice group and payed them to handle everything. They said that once the companies send the debt to collection agencies they would devaluate the debt and it would be gone. Clearing my credit. I have heard from them in 18 months. They didn't clear my debt or mycredit as the credit card bill was *** sent to collections. What do I need to do? They were no help at all. All the money I payed them for nothing. This company screwed me like the hacked.

      I found LPG law on the credit Karma app. I was looking to do a consolidation to bring down the amount of accounts that I had to log in to pay every month. I was referred to the lawyers office of LPG law where I thought I was in good hands. They informed me they were supporting a fresh start program that would validate my debt. I started to pay them monthly over $500 dollars & did as they said stop paying these accounts because they would now be handling these. I continued to receive *************** in the mail from these creditors as if nothing was being done by LPG law. They told me to file cease & desists so I would not be bothered anymore. About 1 year later with no actual results from LPG, very minimal contact, & now court summons arriving I decided to pull the plug on this program with LPG. Over the year they changed companies to ********. Also then reporting bankruptcy & closing. After I called & canceled services with LPG they began to keep charging my account for the following 3 months. It got to the point where I had to open a new checking account, because they were going around all the stop payments my bank was making. This company absolutely destroyed my credit & financial well being. Paid them over ***** dollars with nothing in return, I have court notices for all my accounts & still owe on all of them!

      Hi my name is **** and unfortunately I was one of many who fell for the scam that is the Litigation practice group. Over the course of two years and about twelve thousand dollars, the best that I could ever achieve is empty promises that never came true. I was transferred from ***, to ********, to *******, to Morning Law Group in this perpetual nightmare before I finally pulled the plug and stopped paying. At that point we were no further along and had accomplished nothing, zilch, zero since Day 1. I was lied to and constantly promised results that never came true.I have tried to find out where to reach out for help or any refund and just today I got a call back from someone saying I had to go through the bankruptcy court of California. When I tried to do this, it appears I've missed the deadline for the class action Lawsuit against LPG (the first I've heard of it) and I can't find anywhere else that will hear my plea, so at last I turn to the BBB.If my prayers are answered and anyone sees this and can help me, I can provide bank statements showing i paid the $12,000 to these four companies. For now I will upload a screenshot of my welcome letter to LPG, which is dated Sep 29 2021. I don't have a lot of information or documentation from LPG, but i have an email with what I believe is an account number that I have attached, and I can show proof of all payments.This has been a nightmare and I empathize with every person like me who made the mistake of trusting LPG.

      I am complaining about this company for reason because they took money to help me with my credit bills ans settle with lower payments. They took this money to help with paying my bills down and settle my accounts by contacting my credit bills help payments lower my accounts. I send them $843.33 from May 2022 until March 2023. That would have continued until my bank alerted me that this company had sent another business name in to collect the monthly payment and was not the agreed upon company. This not an agreed upon company that was to go into my account. So, in checking why this was going to happen. My bank also helped discover Litigation Practice Group had filed a Chapter 11 and this new unknown company which was also only alerted to me by my bank to ask me was familiar withis new named now associated with my bank account was a company appearently across the street or near Litigation Practice Group and Litigation Practice Group wanted not do my job but had they given this new company my information and I knew nothing about them and they were to go into my bank an still collect the monthly payments. But worst the Litigation Practice Group has done nothing on my accounts credit bills and now my credit bills are after me for none payments and they have started attempted to file judgements against me. I have had to began paying all the bills they were to settle from the payments I was despositing to my bank. With my bank we had to block the Litigation Practice Group. They had filed a chapter 11 and were to try trickery by getting another company to collect my payments and still did not do what they promise. I had paid them $9276.63 and more because they started in April would have collected more had it not been Bank noticing fraud. This is a despicable company and committed thief and cause me my credit go down to the 400 and I have lost my credit clout. I have bad credit, now.

      I tried to unenroll from program & was ignored but billed. When I requested a refund, I was told that it was being processed but never received anything.

      I began using LPG in May of 2021 to resolve my debt and they deducted money from my account at $468.82 every month My creditors are now serving me with summons to collect on these bills. They did nothing to resolve my debt and now I am seeking a refund of my money they deducted so that I can pay towards these credit cards and other debt that was included in my contract. This program was for 3 years and nothing has been resolved.

      LPG took money from me for 2 years to handle and fix my debt. In total, I paid them almost $8,000 over the span of 2 years for them to help me fix my credit and handle my debts. *** did not follow through on their promises and complete what the contract stated. Instead, the business is now out of business due to being a scam of a company and I would like to receive a refund for the amount I paid them. They destroyed my credit and did not do anything to benefit me

      *** had me pay them 400 per month for 5 years to settle my credit card bill. I paid them and thought it was resolved the last 2 ******* a collections call threatening lawsuit 3 days ago because it wasn't paid.Same scam did in many that I have read
