  This company is a scam and i want all my money back, I have paid them for two years right at $10, 000 with no changes in my credit only to wake up one morning in Feb to find my account has been transferred to Consumer Practice Group. I just want what I have paid back. I am a single mother.

  I enrolled with LPG in December of 2020 They were able to resolve some of my accounts. For the past 3 months I have been trying to get in touch with someone with no success. I recently found out by the attorney that has been working on my case that the company has closed (***************************) and that all cases were distributed to other companies. LPG never sent a letter, an email nor a phone call with any of this information. I'm not sure when the company closed but up until 3/3/23 LPG was withdrawing funds from my account. On 3/10/23 another withdrawal was made from a different company. I didn't realize it was a different company until they withdrew again on 3/31 with another name. I called my bank and placed a stop payment and received a refund for one of the transactions. Now because they haven't done their part the past few months the courts made a judgement to garnish my pay weekly. this is exactly what I've been trying to avoid. Two years of paying them to help resolve my debts and now I'm back where I started. This is frustrating!! I need answers.....

  Do not EVER use this group for anything. I have not been able to ever reach anyone. They do not answer the phone or return answers to emails. Their web sight states its permanently closed. Yet, they withdrew my fee just yesterday. Avoid this business.

  Hi ******, I have called this company like 7 times last month and had to hang up a few times after waiting for 2hrs for an answer, the 2 times I got someone on the phone after waiting for almost 2hrs only to be told that I will get a callback, but never recieved a call to date. Would you mind sharing the name of the company that is now helping you?

  OMG! I cant believe it. I had so much faith and have been patient. But like everyone, my credit is worse than when I started. The only debt that has been settled, Ive had to pay more than half. I signed up for 3 years and it was supposed to end next month $30K later and Im worse off then when I started. I havent been contacted by the new company. I saw a debit to my account from a new company for the exact same amount so I disputed that charge - it was a week early and at that time I did not know LPG was no longer on business and my have been soldplease count me in on anything to try to get back out moneythank you

  I have paid them since 2021, and they have done nothing for me. They continue to ignore my calls and do not provide any service or transparency. No response at all, even through email. Avoid this company!

  Well I must say they really make it sound great when you start! 3 credit card company's sueing me and I'm blocked from lpg email called a number of times and find out the company is now closed, I'm worse off now then I was , and they are still taking money out, DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY ! I M SCARRED to find another company how do I no it won't happen again

  I am blown away at all the similar cases and cannot believe this place is still running and able to blatantly defraud so many people without repercussion. My story echo's so many of the complaints here as my debts were not being paid, they transferred me to another company without consent, blocked my calls from reaching their offices, emails go unanswered. Fortunately I was able to catch wind of these sketchy practices in a shorted period of time than others. We must ban together to put an end to the plague that is LPG. They are not who they represent themselves to be.

  LPG debited $338.19 monthly totaling $6000.00 roughly in which I have proof from my bank statements starting from 2020-2022. They started debiting my account at weird times , I called to speak with someone about it and after I explained to the agent what I was calling in reference to and explained to her if I didn't speak to someone I would have to stop the access to my bank account. The phone hung up and from that day I was never able to contact them again. They did not do what they were paid to do. they stole my money, I'm in a worst situation than before

  Lpg takes $620 a month and nothing has really changed. I've been put in collections and had notices sent requesting payments for creditors in my LPG account. One year has passed and I can't get any response from them. It's a sham!
