      I enter the ligation process in July of 2020 ... and was told my debt would be resolved in 2 year's..went from paying $300 a month to $634 a month. They filed bankruptcy didn't bother to inform me and my credit hasn't been restored and now I have credit card companies coming after me..

      The company has sold off my account, I have tried to contact them multiple times via emails and calls. They collected my money and did not provide any services to me. I have tried to open my account portal, but the website is no longer in service. I am wanting a refund or someone to tell me what is going on. I've paid over ***** to help restore my credit score and haven't heard anything from them.

      I signed up with Litigation Practice Group back in 2022. I was told that they would help consolidate my credit card debt, and help get rid of my credit card debt. I was paying almost $300 a month for their services and they didn't do anything they promised they would. I was told what ever credits cards they didn't get disputed and taken care of I would get my money back. Nothing! Zero! I haven't seen a dime nor have I heard, nor gotten a letter or anything from them. Then I was transferred to ******* Law, they didn't do anything either. I put my trust in a company that was a huge scam. I want my money back! I still have all my emails and documents from them, too.

      I hired LPG litigation practice group for debt relief where I paid ****** for 18 months, they were to negotiate with six different merchants, however nothing was ever done, fast forward now I'm being taken to court for these same accounts this firm was supposed to be handling in my behalf the firm does not answer phone no information other then certain customers files were dent out to different law firms I have tried reaching out to them with no luck they denied any connection with LPG.

      Back in 2020 I signed a contract with LPG to take ****** biweekly from my pay to pay off three of my creditors. Discover, PNC and ******. I was told that they would talk down and negotiate better prices with these credtiors and they find clauses within their bills to lower the money owed. I was told my credit score would drop the first year but not to worry as by the three year deadline my credit would build back up and my debt would be paid off. This past July I found out LPG went bankrupt and none of my money was ever paid to my creditors and nothing was ever done. In April i had started getting collection letters again from them and contacted lpg by email with no response or phone call that i requested at least 4 times. Then Morning Star took over and I opted to continue with them and they started taking my money as well and now I'm being rejected by them and told i will not get any money back from anyone.

      I paid this comps to resolve a debt consolidation issue and they took my money and went out of business. I was putting money into a so called savings account for them as a deposit and was left with nothing

      LPG has been the subject of a bankruptcy case for several months. I have paid over $14k to LPG prior to this and was awaiting debt resolution. My case was passed to ******* Law and then *********** group and now I have received notice that my account has been rejected. I need a solution to get my money back from this business or my account handed off to a reputable firm.

      I signed up for a debt consolidation program in October 4 years ago. I was placed into a contract that required me to pay them $374 monthly for three years and they would invalidate the debt. The three years ended in November of 2022. Unfortunately, there was little to no progress on my debt resolution. In March I paid them an additional $4,398.00 on April 11th, 2023 with the promise of settling the debt and reviving my credit. Neither happened. I have paid this company a total of $17,862.00 and I still have the debt and my credit is now worse than when I started the program. I tried resolving it with LPG, but a number of phone calls and emails have gone unreturned. Upon trying again today 12/28/23, I learned that LPG is permanently closed. Not only am I at a substantial financial loss, but I am uncertain of the direction I can go in to ***************** and eliminate my debt.

      I started with LPG during Covid. I thought it was the best thing for me. At first they were ok, I could talk to people and they would email me back. Then that turned for the worse and I was ghosted a lot. I would call they would say some will get back to you. Well they never did and I kept on calling calling and calling until i got ahold of someone and they finally talked to me. It didnt really help at all. They were supposed to go to court for me and nope they didnt. So that was a lot of fun. I had no idea they were going bankrupt until I got a email front the other law firm saying WELCOME TO OUR FIRM. I had no warning at all. I only heard from Oakstone 1 time. They took money out of my account and I had to fight with them to get my money back. When I was transferred to ******* law thats when they got my money back for the 3 months they took out. I have talked to them a couple of times told me they were handling all my cases. They sent me a form to fill out that I could possibly get my money back I did that per them. I thought well why not fill this out. If I could get something back of what I paid in that would be awesome. After their court hearing I received a email saying WELCOME TO PHOENIX LAW FIRM/ MORNING LAW. After that i havent received a call back. I have been calling the only number that I have for them and emailing them. Not one word back. I have paid LPG and Phoenix law firm about ******. I just want my money back or finish what they are supposed to do. This has honestly been the worst headache and I wish I never started with them. I just hope something happens and we all see something back.

      I initiated a contract with LPG in 2021 for roughly 3 years. Since this contract I have seen at least 3 other companies be used in its place. The second company was ************ Group, then ******* Law Group, and now Morning Law Group. I have paid over $8000 only to find out that none of the money is going into an account to settle the debts or that I will not have credit repair which was originally offered with LPG. Mind you that all this money had it just went to the debt I would have paid half of it off. Instead my credit is now in disrepair and I have not paid any of the debt with this money. To make matters worse this company was advertised to military veterans as some kind of secret promotion to help with getting debts settled. I am incredibly disappointed with having shelling out close to $10k to a company with nothing to show for it. I have since terminated because I do not trust this anymore after being shuffled from one company to the next and they all say that they are working on my case and will continue to send letters on my behalf!! I'm sorry but letters are not worth thousands of dollars.
