      LPG told me they could resolve my debt and it was hospital bill on my credit credit report,I went in a program with them and I make all my payments from 8/11/21 to 2022 and after my payment I couldnt hear from them.i received a email from ******* law that they in charge of the program that lpg filed a bankruptcy and I told them I need my refund since they cant do anything about my debt and I told them the amount,I was paying ****** every month for 15 months. I havent hear fro then since.

      I purchased services from Diab Law (changed to LPG) in fall of 2018 with a promise from ***************** himself to help relieve me of my debt and improve my credit. He promised me that this would be all settled within ***** months.18 months passed and i started called LPG for information. For the next 2 1/2 years, i was gaslit, ***d, lied to and taken advantage of.LPG had lied about being in contact with the banks. They never delivered even close to the services I purchased.The last time I was ***d (summer of 2022), I miscarried my baby the next month due to the stress of being gaslit by their team. In February of 2023, i requested a refund from LPG, and fired them. They lied about sending me a refund for the balance i had with them. I called a law firm dealing with a class action lawsuit, to *** them for my money. LPG filed for bankruptcy soon after. I still have no refund for services un-rendered.

      I started with LPG at the advice of the ************************. They stole $4232.47 from me for services that were never provided. They GUARANTEED debt settlement and never even started. This same company is now called Morning Law Firm. Don't trust them and especially the ************************. You will have to file bankruptcy or pay your creditors. Please don't be a victim like me. These people are criminals!

      October 2020 signed with LPG for credit card debt reduction. Had 5 accounts which were never resolved. One case went to court and they represented me. There was a judgment against me and had to set up a payment plan.Nothing resolved since then. Now being hounded by collectors.I am on a fixed in come and need a refund from LPG.

      Paid LPG $ ****** for two years to take care of two debts. *********** and ******************* After the two years I would be debt free. Today I received a letter stating that I owe *********** $644.42 and the account was sold to ********* Acquisitions, LCC for the purpose of collecting the debt which is 3 years old.

      LPG offered us debt settlement services in 08/2020. They lied on the phone and falsely claimed they would *************** and pay for it with the money we were paying for their services. Instead, they mislead us into signing up for debt validation. When asked directly on the phone, they said that we would pay $333 for 3 years and that would ***************. They proceeded to take our money and they did not settle any debts. And instead of representing us they allowed us to be sued by our creditors with no defense. I know they have been sold recently to another company. I just want to point out their deceptive practices.

      Started with LLG for debt resolution and credit repair paid $4300 then told they sold my debt to Pheniox Law group. I was not told they filed for bankruptcy. I stopped payment on the automatic payment

      Hello, I was sought out by Litigation Practice Group and was coerced into entering their "program" which ended up being a scam. Litigation Practice Group told me they would resolve my debt and that I had to sign up immediately or my debt would increase and I would go bankrupt. I paid them $345.21 every month for over one year. They did nothing to help. My accounts that they were supposed to resolve ended up in collections, my credit dropped by 300 points and I lost over $4,000. I tried cancelling the program multiple times and getting a refund, but no one answered my calls, emails or letters. There was absolutely no communication on their end. I felt completely helpless. I couldn't get ahold of anyone at Litigation Practice Group for months, despite them continuing to take money out of my account every month. They did not hold up their end of the contractual agreement and made my situation horrific. Then they filed for bankruptcy and never communicated that to me. I found out through my own research. Shortly after, I got an email from ************ and then ******* Law stating that they were taking over my account. I tried contacting ************ asking them to cancel my participation in the program and to refund me my money, but they didn't respond to any of my inquiries. No one from that firm ever spoke with me. Not once. Then I got another email from ******* Law saying they were taking over my account. They were just as unhelpful. They never responded to my emails or letters. I spoke with them via phone a few times, only to get the runaround saying I couldn't get refunded. When I asked what the reasoning was, they wouldn't answer. They also continued taking money out of my account, but did absolutely nothing to help me. This entire program/experience was a complete scam. I am broke as a result. I have horrible credit. I am ineligible for any car loan or house loan. My life is in shambles from this scam. This is legal malpractice and I would like to be refunded.
