Started using the company to help get out of debt and settle accounts. The company continuously took money out of my account and did not resolve any of my debt or advise anything the originally stated they would do. My husband and I got into credit card debt. I got a letter in mail from LPG Litigation practice. I Called them to discuss it. LPG stated if I pay $255 a month, they will negotiate my debt, and reduce it. It was automatic payments only. So we did it. They got $1500 or possibly more from our acct. and then they completely stopped ALL communication. They were gone!! I called a week later to try again, I got an answer they said it was ******* Law, taking over **** clients. I was thrilled to hear something. About month into talking w them, proving to ******* law we made payments, my husband and I were served papers from the CCs we were supposed to have consolidated, because we were paying for that. And that ******* Law, was gonna take care of. Then ******* Law then also disappeared and stopped taking any calls or responding to emails.Initial Complaint

I payed litigation Practice Group ****** for 17 months and they were suppose to take care of my debt. Then the company went out of business. I've already been sued by one of my creditors. Who knows what else is going to happen. That company needs to do what they were paid to do.Initial Complaint

In January of 2022 I entered into an agreement with LPG for services regarding my financial situation. I paid them $500 monthly until my account was suddenly transferred to Phoenix Law. **** agreement was to refund my money if they were unable to eliminate the debt. After the switch to ******* Law, that part went away but they were still more than happy to continue taking my money. I was forced to pay the debt through court order and lost all money paid toward the service. After paying the court ordered amount, I ended my relationship with ******************. I feel as though they are criminals and should be forced to refund the money paid. I am a school teacher with limited income. This has been a nightmare process and would love some assistance! So I had a free consultation with a litigation practice group months ago. I decided not to do business with them and requested my account be closed before payments started. I never made a payment and never had business with LPG. I guess somehow when they went bankrupt they still sent my information to some business called Morning Law Group. Morning Law group has not reached out to me directly once regarding them having my information. I have not gotten one email, I have not gotten a text or voicemail with any information. However today December 7th, $250 was taken out of my bank account from Morning Law Group. I received no receipt or proof that the money was taken from my account besides my bank statement. I called the business and they claim that I have signed a documents with them when I have never spoken with the company. And now they are reluctant to process a refund even though I have explicitly told them I do not intend to do business with them and I never did because I didn't even know the company existed. I don't even recall providing my bank account information for any company to take an ACH payment from me, I almost never use ACH payment methods anyway. Now they have stolen my grocery money and I am at the edge of my seat hoping that they will refund it. No business should be charging any bank accounts without confirmation prior and a receipt provided after. No business should be creating payment plans without informing a "client". I cannot emphasize enough that I have never had an exchange with this company, and I have no idea that they existed until they took money for my account this morning. I would like to report this as fraud but I don't know where to go to do so.Initial Complaint

We hired LPG to help us consolidate our debts in February of 2021. We contracted for $905 per month - they said it would take ***** months until completion, which we paid for a long time, then we were notified they went bankrupt, taking all of our money without resolving anything.Initial Complaint

I was told by LPG that they, (a team of lawyers), would clear my debt by contacting all my creditors and it would all be taken care of with no worries to me. I have not been contacted since July 2023 and I tried to call them, but no answer. I've been paying them for over 1 year. This is a scam! Nothing has been resolved and my bills are all showing late with balance dues the same with no end result. Please note I gave them over $1,000.00 or more and they still only contact me when a payment is due! They cost me overdraft fees and they charged me late fees. I had everything saved in my email folder but somehow they disappeared from my email folder! I'm not happy.
