      I leased a vehicle from Honda Financial Services (HFS) that was later declared a total loss due to a deer strike and subsequent theft. *** failed to follow the 'Total Loss' provisions of my lease agreement, sold the vehicle without proper repossession, and disclosed my Nonpublic Personal Information. I believe these actions might violate the **************************** Act. I am seeking a refund, compensation for damages, and other remedies.

      Used **** to buy a 2020 Honda CR-V from a dealer. Getting the loan was easy. After I paid off the loan in November 2022 the company refused to send me the title. They said I can get it myself from the California DMV. It's now January 2025 and I still don't have a copy of the title because working with the CA DMV is very difficult.I wish **** would have done their job as a lender and sent me the title after I paid off the loan. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

      They have a 7-10 business day response for titles. Called me over two weeks ago and said they would get everything to the insurance company and never did. Im unable to get a new car until they get my insurance the information they need. **************** was no help. Keep getting the run around from them. I am unable to work too until I get a car.

      I have had no problems with Honda Financial until I paid off the Honda Civic October 16, 2024. After that time, I have been trying to receive the Title to the vehicle and keep getting the run-around. I first called a week after the payoff and asked if the Title had been mailed. The *** assured me it had not. I then updated my mailing address. After waiting until the end of the month for the Title to arrive and didnt receive it, I called back in November and the *** said the Title was mailed the week of payoff to my old address, & I would need to obtain a copy from DMV. When I stated that I had spoken with a *** in Oct. who said differently, I was told they would get the recording and call me back. They called back & confirmed that the *** indeed stated the Title had NOT been mailed when I spoke with him in Oct. She said they would mail the Title to my new address. I then confirmed the updated address from my Oct conversation. Two weeks later, I received a call from a *** saying they were mailing a release form to me to sign to release the Title. I called within two weeks of that call to inform them that I have not received the form. I was told to give it another week because it was mailed. I asked her to tell me what address it was mailed & she confirmed my updated address. It is January 9, 2025. I have yet to receive any paperwork nor my ***** from Honda Financial Services. Every time I call, I get the run-around. No one has returned my call from the Company. I NEED THE ***** TO THE HONDA CIVIC THAT WAS PAID OFF OCTOBER 16, 2024.

      Worst customer service ever. Total loss of vehicle in August, its now December and I cant get Honda to provide a letter of guarantee to the insurance company for ******. However, they love to call me regarding my payment being past due. Will NEVER finance with them again. When asking to speak to a supervisor, I was advised there is no one I can speak to, even the agent assigned to the case. I can only call the main number and speak to whoever answers and they will send another message. Im so frustrated and welcome any advice for resolution.

      I refinanced my vehicle with my credit union but continued to get calls from Honda Finance stating I have past due payments. I called my credit union and obtained all the tracking information on the check that was sent to pay off my vehicle. Honda Finance cannot find the check...... **************** would not let me speak to anyone except the "not to smart" *** that happened to take my call. I will never finance with Honda Financial again!

      ******** customer service and management of funds and communication is very poor. Every agent I've talked to about paying off a vehicle have given me different information. They leave important part of conversation out like hownlong it will take to process and will say theu cant process a official bank check from accredited institution, and lie to you about when you are able to pick up vehicle. Overall terrible experience please steer clear of them..

      I paid off my car and never received a title. When I called customer service, they advised me their system showed that I received a title (it wasnt even sent certified, so I dont know how their system would show that) and it was now my problem to deal with and pay for a duplicate. Horrible experience

      My car was total lost on 8/23/24. Insurance had sent all the paperwork needed to get a letter of guarantee, when finally the insurance received it had the wrong amount, insurance called and resent all paperwork and as of now 11/7/24 still unable to get a new letter of guarantee to be send to the insurance. In the meantime I am being harassed everyday to make a payment (September, and on) threatening me that my credit will be affected. I had asked to speak to a supervisor at this point and I was told that a case needs to be created.( I do not know if I will be talking to anyone in the *********** )and the *** said that will follow up with me later today. I get the same answer every time I call. Lets see if this one does the job. I am writing this review to see if anyone can give me an advice on what else to do to get a LETTER OF GUARANTEE. So I can start my claim with the gap insurance, because I need a copy of the check. First and last time I will finance a car with Honda financial.

      Hello, my name is Nene. My family and I have been doing business with Honda Financial Services since I was 16 years old. I have had two vehicles financed through them. I recently had my car repossessed for the first time in my life which you can imagine is embarrassing. I have been in contact with them since 11/1 which is when the repossession occurred. This company has been no help in the process of me trying to get my car back. I have called them numerous or times pleading to get my info processed and I keep getting incomplete and inaccurate information. I am in desperate need of my car back and have explained this to them as I am a hard working individual. I have spoken with account managers who have been inconsiderate, disrespectful, nonchalant and very matter of fact towards me. I have also requested a supervisor numerous times and was told the supervisor is not available for inbound calls. I am to the point where this process is causing more stress on my daily life. I am ready and willing to pay to get my car back and this company is dragging out the situation. I have been constantly told it takes ***** hours to process my repossession but also that there are others over the ** who are waiting to get their cars back as well. But Im also told no guarantee on the resolution in ***** hours. Then on top of that, that if it isnt processed in 48 hours they will then expedite it. This process has been more stressful than I thought it would be. I have planned to escalate this matter legally if I do not have a resolution to my repossession by tomorrow which will have been 48 hours. Hopefully there are others who may be going through this same things with this company that see this comment.
