      Honda Finance is just ridiculous. THEY HAVE NOT REPORTED TO THE CREDIT BUREAUS IN OVER 8 MONTHS!!! Last time they reported was Aug 2024 and this is late July 2025..nearly 9 months. To make things even worse, my loan is PAID IN FULL, but the credit bureaus report that I still owe over $4,500!!! I called them TWICE to get the problem fixed. I send them a letter with all the details they asked (confirming what THEY KNOW, that my account has been paid in full). It has been > 30 days since sending the letter and NOTHING. This is totally unacceptable. I did my part of the deal, and Honda is NOT doing theirs! It is directly impacting my credit and my chances of getting a new car, as the Credit Reports still show this as an open loan. It's been nearly NINE MONTHS without reporting to the **************. Totally ridiculous. Honda has great cars, but their backoffice support team has much left to be desired.

      I have to call to make my payments and honestly I've only had to do it twice so far and the hold time is so annoying, but RODLEY was the one assisting me this time and presented alternative options that benefitted me and my time. He empathized with my frustration without my needing to even voice it. It was so refreshing to be met with a person on the other line that knows where you're at and tries to make it better without you even asking. This seems dramatic all for just one call in payment, but associates like Rodley are truly few and far between and if this is seen by anyone, he should be recognized. I work in hospitality, and this level of service and problem solving for me beyond his direct responsibility is nothing less than the care and empathy and efficiency we see in our leaders at the hotels I represent. Can't thank him enough for his positive attitude and quick solutions :) I wish I knew his extension for next time.

      DONT FINANCE WITH HONDA. Pay the extra and go someplace else it will save you time and money in the long run. Through a series of unfortunate events I found myself behind in my payments but was working to catch up. The car was taken back, I jumped through all the hoops they put in front of me to get 3rd party financing to buy out my lease in the two weeks they gave me to complete the deal. They didnt tell me the it HAD to be a cashiers check ONLY and they wouldnt accept a business check from my third party. Just that it couldnt be a personal check. They strung me along for 2 weeks, processing it and in the end said they wouldnt accept it because it was from a dealership even though it was to the exact 2 cents they requested. At one point gave me some c*** about dealers pay less taxes or something that causes a deficit, not sure how that works since they asked for x and we gave them x. They went ahead and CASHED THE CHECK! So they could refund the money but that wouldnt be processed for another 2 weeks and then they would put it in the regular mail. So I dont know maybe a month from now I might get this whole thing resolved. Buyer beware Im not blameless in this situation but this is excessive when Ive done everything asked of me.

      Hello < I am currently a customer of the America ********************** Corp ration.I am in good standing with my payments, as I have paid in advance and have added principle *********** issue is with any attempt to contact **** customer service.The phone number is (deleted as BBB does not like phone numbers)..The automated attendant is terrible. It is one of the worse programming issues I have ever since in my 37 years as a IT programmer/consultant.American Honda Finance Corporation needs to upgrade their team with more CS members or acknowledge that they do not care about their customers.I have file a Thread with the Users Forum.

      ***DO NOT USE HONDA FINANCIAL***Tell them your in a hurry to get your title they will put it on the back burner. I need a paper notorized and faxed how the f*** does it take 3 days to do ******* CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CARE FOR CUSTOMERS ************************************* ***** do not ever try to get any documents from them quickly. I have been waiting 4 days for a notorized lien release form... It's a piece of paper that needs to be signed and faxed to a title agency. Seems like it should take at most a day. Even if you say you need it now they will not work with you. Have some pride in your work. If someone seems to have an urgent request maybe run it up the ladder and I don't know maybe help the people who have been paying you ungodly amounts of interest for years. Just a thought 5 hours later they can't even guarantee that it will be faxed out tomorrow the day they promised it would be faxed by..What the fuck!!!!!!It is a signed piece of paper. " It may sound easy *** but we have to go through all of these channels and approvals it's not as cut and dry as just signing a paper"It is that cut and dry step one is the vehicle paid off, step two does he own it, step three print paper, step four sign the paper, step five fax the paper...30 minutes of work tops Just using this to rant at this point it has been 48 hours after re making a request for a simple lean release notorized and faxed over after they had issues with the one I gave them 72 hours to send in. I am going to lose out on the sale of a car because a task that should have taken 1 day max is now on day f****** 5. Don't ask them to do anymore work for you to help you out they don't f****** care about you. At least if your going to f*** me doi it nicely It's been 3.5 days and Honda financial has yet to send my lien release form... I expressed that this is going to cost me $10500 they could care less. Run it up the f****** flag pole and get this simple thing completed

      Im writing this letter in regard to my vehicle (2024 Honda Accord) that was recently repossessed due to me having a rough year (2024) and facing a hardship, in which I purchased the vehicle on 1/12/24. I suffer with very bad anxiety, depression and PTSD and often missed work to focus on my mental health. I began to struggle(unexpectedly) with trying to maintain in life and suffered extreme hardships that entire year. I then lost my brother in 06/06/24, he was murdered in front of my daughter (10 yrs old) whom became very traumatized from this event. I was out of work for 2 months due to his passing. I was then wrongfully terminated from my career job on 02/18/25 due to attendance issues caring for me and my daughter (mental health). I've constantly explained these events to Honda Financial because the representatives would constantly asked why have i fallen behind on my payments. I never intended for this to happen or did i want to fall behind on my car payments or have my car repossessed but Im only human and life happens. Im a single Mother with limited support system, I understand that you they have a job to do and Im so grateful for the times that they've tried to help me and work with me, But now I've started a new job 05/19/25 as a Medical Assistant, and I no longer have stable transportation to get to and from work or get my daughter to and from school. It's hard to find another vehicle without money or having a repossession on my credit. I was often told by representatives from this company I would have a chance to pay the overdue balance that was owed (once repossessed). However, they repossessed my vehicle and closed my account and told me they decided not to let me reinstate the vehicle, Which was very dissapointing. So now Im left without transportation, or money for a down payment, I just started working and my credit is ruined which makes it difficult to finance another vehicle. I'm just a single Mother trying to manage in this not so easy life.

      Worst customer service ever! Super unhelpful and they lie to you just to get you to give them more money that you dont have. They are unwilling to help you no matter your situation. Their customer service is super rude and kept cutting me off, lied to me about what I needed to pay and then a different *** later on told me I needed to pay more! Never again will I finance through them. Last *** I talked to, named *******, was rude and kept cutting me off. Didnt try to listen to what I was trying to tell her.

      I paid off my vehicle, while the check was on its way to HFS it was still accruing interest. I called to inquire about the title and was informed I'd have to pay 197.83$ of interest to acquire the title. **** *. refused to let me speak with his team lead and ****** *., the team lead refused to speak with me. I have paid every note on time yet they both treated me like in a totally condescending and unprofessional manner. The call was 45mins of being belittled and treated like scum. I am sure it was anti-blackness.

      I leased a vehicle from *****. They stated that I had an over due payment and let me know that my car would be repossessed. I didnt receive any mail stating the account was past due or that my account was up for repossession. From my understanding this is something that the financial company needs to make you aware of. I dealt with them for over a month over the phone. The customer service and recovery department were atrocious to work with. No one new what was going on with my account and I was always receiving the wrong information. Every time I would ask to speak to a supervisor they told me they didnt have one. What department doesnt have a supervisor/manager? At this point it took 2 months to get my vehicle back. I was misinformed completely from the recovery department. They were giving me wrong information this whole time. They even sent back plates when they werent supposed to and moved my vehicle out of state. My vehicle was moved over 4 hours from where I live. This is absolutely crazy.

      Our deceased mom leased a vehicle from Honda Financial Services. When we notified them of her passing, we sent a death certificate via email and was told they would email us paperwork for the voluntary surrender. Meanwhile because we were told they would flatbed the car from her residence, we surrendered the license plates and cancelled the insurance. The email never came. 4 days passed so we called back. They admitted the death certificate was received and to wait for the email. Another 2 days passed so we called back again to be told they cant talk to us because we were not on the account and that the death certificate was not received. GAMES. AND NO HUMAN COMPASSION. Kept asking if she had an estate and to see a will. We ended up driving the car to the dealership the car was leased from and handing over the keys.
