Refund and Exchange Policy
Registration fees are generally non-refundable once an American Red Cross course voucher has been claimed or course materials have been issued. Participants who need to reschedule may contact Bear CPR as soon as possible to request a transfer to another available class, subject to availability and applicable transfer policies. Failure to attend a scheduled class may result in forfeiture of the registration fee.
