    Sold 500$ worth of stuff on ******* stole every dime. They hide behind 0 support servers so no one can be accountable. Emailing them is a dead end as well. I also want to say shame on better business bureau for changing there rating from a f to a A+ this company is stealing from millions and you know it. There are literally no good reviews on this company that are not bots and BBB should be ashamed of its self for selling out its reputation for money.

    This is the absolute worst company!!!! Stripe has been holding $2,090.29 in my account since 2024, and I have been unable to access it despite repeated requests. My account was restricted and flagged for additional verification, but the system does not allow me to complete the verification process or update my banking information. I have contacted Stripe multiple times over the past year asking for specific instructions, and Ive received generic or no responses. These funds were customer payments for a womens retreat that took place July 26, 2024. When Stripe refused to release them in time for the event, I had to refund many customers out-of-pocket from my own personal savings. After Stripe confirmed the hold would extend beyond the retreat date, I even advised some customers to dispute the charges with their banks so they wouldnt lose their money. The current balance is owed to me personally, as I covered the refunded payments myself. I have also opened a new bank account, but the ******************** dashboard does not allow me to update my payout settings due to the account restrictions. ******************** has offered no clear path to resolve this, and I believe they are unlawfully holding my funds. I am requesting that the funds be released immediately or that Stripe provide a secure way for me to verify my identity and update my banking information. I am happy to provide any documentation needed.

    On Aug 4, Stripes fraud system blocked a $974 payment from a card, then allowed an $812 payment from the same card hours later which they refunded without my authorization, leaving me out $812. Filed with *****************. Stripe, explain why your fraud filters failed?

    Im trying to refund my customers for an event I had to cancel. ******************** asks me to send an ACH payment which I did, they then request another $50 from my account, so now they have $100 and my balance still shows $0 so they still cant refund the customers. I just checked and they closed the customer support complaint even though they never fixed anything. Ive uploaded multiple images to show them they should have the money but nothing! No help, no support, they cant give me a timeline of when this will be solved or anything like that. Going on 5 days now for what should have been a one day turnaround. These people are awful. You hear so many great things about Stripe but the internals are incredibly frustrating and even fraudulent!

    Recently on a phone call with their customer service, trying to get a straight answer as to why my friend's novella has been removed from several self-publishing sites apparently on behalf of some vague policy Stripe holds their vendors to, I was told in no uncertain terms "Yes, Stripe is blocking non-explicit, legal, non-adult LGBT content as a matter of policy. We're a private company, we make our own rules about it." So, that's that. In all good faith I can't recommend any LGBTQ person or ally do business with Stripe; regardless of legality, they apparently have a moral objection to doing business with us, as reflected with these policies.

    Im having trouble getting in contact with customer support. I have heard reports that Stripe is shutting down their customer service phone lines? Why? This is so confusing. I talked to a couple friends who tried to call on my behalf. They also couldnt get through. And when my partner managed to get through he was hung up on. This is ridiculous. I googled it and saw a bunch of people on social media complaining about being berated by customer support? Is this true? What is going on!

    This company needs to be shut down! They have held my money for over 6 months which is illegal. There is no one you can talk to at all. Even when I finally got someone on the phone they said they can't help me. Why approve every business, let them make transactions, and then lock their account?? This should be highly illegal!I didn't even get a reason for locking my account. They just said my type of business(Supplements) is too risky, why not say that when I'm getting my account set up?? ******************** needs to be shut down and it needs to give everyone their money back. I processed thousands of dollars that their holding for no reason. I'll be getting our lawyers involved in this and will not let this go!
