    Im having trouble getting in contact with customer support. I have heard reports that Stripe is shutting down their customer service phone lines? Why? This is so confusing. I talked to a couple friends who tried to call on my behalf. They also couldnt get through. And when my partner managed to get through he was hung up on. This is ridiculous. I googled it and saw a bunch of people on social media complaining about being berated by customer support? Is this true? What is going on!

    This company needs to be shut down! They have held my money for over 6 months which is illegal. There is no one you can talk to at all. Even when I finally got someone on the phone they said they can't help me. Why approve every business, let them make transactions, and then lock their account?? This should be highly illegal!I didn't even get a reason for locking my account. They just said my type of business(Supplements) is too risky, why not say that when I'm getting my account set up?? ******************** needs to be shut down and it needs to give everyone their money back. I processed thousands of dollars that their holding for no reason. I'll be getting our lawyers involved in this and will not let this go!

    This company is a joke...For small business or starting I don't recommend them. They decided to close my account for no reason and decided to issue refunds! Over 25k, just because they decided to close my account!. I am a mechanic so I know all my customers personally, so I know they all authorize, they alwayed paid cash but I decided to go digitally now I got to call my customer and explain they getting a refund they got to pay me, after I told them use card. How good does that look? Stripe i have over 100k followers on IG, I will let them know and keep them up to date because this is unacceptable

    Horrible experience. They allowed me to sign up with my business (over 8000 ****** orders) then shut it down for being "high risk" after my first order. No explanation at all and no customer service. I spent hours supplying them with more info on my business only to get answers from a chatbot. What a mess.

    No customer support Holding funds Fees to release my own money I have a valid LLC and thought it was verified as Stripe confirmed before I had my sales team start to send out invoices. Then when I sent out my first two invoices out to companies that I have done business with. Stripe then decided to put a hold on the funds that were processed. This has been going on for about a week and I still can't get any assistance on issuing a full refund to my client. I would like to sue stripe for misleading process. This has taken a huge toll on my company and reputation. If you are looking for a seamless less process DO NOT use Stripe it is a scam and I am not sure why their verification process is allowed.

    The worst company I have ever used, they literally ruin businesses, stripe made me fire 5 employees because they shut down my account for a single chargeback

    THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, AND THIS AFTER I GET NOTICE SOMEBODY TRIED TO LOG IN AND COMPROMISE MY ACCOUNT! I SENT STRIP A PICTURE OF MY LICENSE AND A PHOTO OF MYSELF- TWICE, AND THEY STILL WILL NOT GET BACK TO ME. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING TO THE PERSON/FRAUDSTER THAT WAS TRYING TO LOG IN TO MY ACCT!!! I get no help whatsoever- they have no one live, not even CHAT for Gods Sake. I have no way to cancel the account- or get a **** response to my request for info for 3 days now. I am saying RUN from this platform !!! NOT TRUSTWORTHY it seems to me, certainly no one will respond to your cries for help
