    I honestly dont get why CAINE & WEINER is reporting this debt under my name because I dont owe them anything. I never signed anything with them, and when I asked for a copy of the original application, they didnt even bother to provide it. Its frustrating because this is hurting my credit for no reason, and its just not fair.     I honestly dont get why CAINE & WEINER is reporting this debt under my name because I dont owe them anything.     I hereby state that I am not liable for any alleged debt with ***********. Furthermore, I have no contractual obligation or agreement with ****************************** Despite my formal request, ***************************** has failed to provide a copy of the original contract that purportedly establishes my liability for this debt. In the absence of such documentation, I do not acknowledge or accept any responsibility for this alleged obligation.

    I have contacted the debt collector, Caine & Weiner, multiple times requesting documentation verifying this debt, including the original contract. Despite my repeated attempts, they have failed to provide this information. Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), they are required to validate the debt upon request. Since they have not done so, I request that the complaint proceed based on their non-compliance. Please advise on the next steps.

    On September 28, 2024, ****** was paid directly to *********************, I never received anything by email or by mail from Caine & Weiner, On March 28, 2025, even though the balance is paid, they refuse to remove it from my credit report which appears in Collections. I received a letter from *********** stating the balance is paid by email on March 29, 2025
