    I am submitting this complaint regarding Caine & Weiner. I contacted them to request a copy of the original contract related to the debt they are attempting to collect. They informed me that they do not have the original contract or supporting documentation. Without proper validation, I am disputing this account and requesting it be removed from my credit report immediately.

    We have completed our re-investigation of this complaint. Based on the information reviewed, we have determined this dispute is substantially similar to a dispute previously investigated and responded to on May 6, 2025. Please send any additional information or documentation to support your dispute to our office to re-investigate. Until additional information is received, we maintain the consumer and account information has been accurately reported to the credit reporting agencies.

    Thank you for your continued assistance with this matter.

    I am writing to formally reject Caine& Weiners most recent response to my complaint. To date, they have not provided me with the original contract or any valid documentation that legally verifies this alleged debt. As the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) requires, I have the right to request proper validation, including but not limited to:

    - The name of the original creditor
    - A copy of the original signed agreement or contract establishing the debt
    - A complete payment history detailing how the alleged amount was calculated

    Simply stating that the account has been verified, without producing legally sufficient documentation, is not an acceptable or lawful form of validation. Their refusal or inability to provide this documentationafter multiple requestsraises serious concerns about the legitimacy of this account.

    Again, I state for the record: I am not liable for this debt with Progressive and have no contract or business relationship with Caine & Weiner. Until they provide verifiable proof, including the original contract, I demand this account be removed from all credit reporting agencies immediately, as continued reporting without proper validation constitutes a violation of my consumer rights.

    Please keep this case open while I await proper documentation, or escalate this complaint for further review as Caine & Weiner has yet to fulfill their legal obligations.

    I honestly dont get why **** FUNDING is reporting this debt under my name because I dont owe them anything. I never signed anything with them, and when I asked for a copy of the original application, they didnt even bother to provide it. Its frustrating because this is hurting my credit for no reason, and its just not fair. How can they just put something on my report without any proof?Account No: ************ Amount Disputed: $393
