I paid ***** on Modern Warfare 2 Vault Thats not counting all the money ive spent inside of the game. I keep getting mass reported an put into shadow ban every other day for no reason. Stay shadow van for 5 days or longer just for me playing a few games an getting shadow ban again over mass report. *** tried contacting them about my account an they wont respond. I understand them putting people that are actually breaking the rules. I dont ever break rules i just preform well on the game an the other team will spam report. I just dont want to keep getting shadow ban thats all i ask. Ive game to BBB sense they wont respond to me. I love the game, It shouldnt be this way though. I just ask to please help me. Seriously upset about the constant shadow bans and broken report system on mw2 havent been able to play for the better half of Season 3 after a player got mad at me in game, sent a message saying have fun playing cod for a week. Got kicked from the match and havent been able to play since. This would be the second time this has happened since the games launch. Even if a resolution isnt made, why has the review process been so long? A quick look at my stats would tell you Im not cheating in any way. Theres no reason I shouldve missed an event and the first two weeks of a season.

Hey, I'm *****. I'm a physicist pushing for my PhD in theoretical physics. But I also love video games. And I found a way through twitch, to make a great income to fund me through school, by playing COD from my computer. And I did so in warzone 1 with no issues. But that's all changed. Now I'm stuck in a shadowban loop, which stopped me from getting top 250 last season. And since season 3 release, I've been stuck in a shadowban loop more than I actually get to play the game. My twitch channel was skyrocketing but I can't even play the game due to shadowbans. And I don't want to make another account and get permabanned for ban evading as I've heard that could happen. I can offer a PC check or anything that will get this resolved as quickly as possible and maybe to prevent this happening any further.I play **************** and have a logitech G hub software for adjusting the DPI.I have MOD install software for games like skyrim, etc.I've been shadowbanned so many times by mass report and its only in public matches, I assume it's cause they're not familiar with mouse and keyboard aim. it never happens in ranked. Just public multiplayer and ashika games. I'm assuming the reviewer has seen that I am not running any detrimental softwares. I'm currently still, under shadow ban. And I play with a lot of big name streamers and some small, as i'm a streamer too. On 6/10/23 I was falsely shadow-banned on Activations Modern Warfare II for false spam reports for being better than other players in the game. I went through their review process which took 5+ days and at the end of it, I was rightfully unbanned as nothing was detected on my account. It this time, I wasn't able to finish my battle-pass which I paid money for.On 6/16/23 was the day I first logged back on after my false ban and loaded into the game to play. I played for 10 hours with various good games and bad games. The morning of 6/17/23 I was doing incredible well in a match and then was kicked from the server. I then logged back into Activision's website and sure enough I was banned again within 24 hours of my account already being checked and cleared For a multi-billion dollar company this is ridiculous that there isn't a customer support system set up to contact the business about this issue. I paid $70.00 for the game, I expect to be able to play it and not have a fraudulent system in place that gets me banned for being better than other players. I'm being defrauded of my product I purchased and it's unacceptable and quite frankly on the line of a class-action lawsuit for essentially scamming their customers.My account info is as *************#******* I want a resolution, this is insanity to restrict better players consistently. This is going to be a non-stop loop at this point after I get unbanned yet again. I am rejecting this response because:I completely understand that, but YOUR broken system of allowing players to falsely spam report and then automatically shadow banning people after so many is unacceptable. I literally just came off of a FALSE shadow ban and my account was cleared, to have your security team reviewing my account again for another shadow ban within 24 hours of being unbanned.
What 's going to happen when your security team reviews my account and unbans in yet again for it to be rebanned begause im above average at your game?
You are falsely restricting my account because you have me in a shadow ban loop that i cant get out of. You are falsely restricting me from the content that i purchased because of a broken system.

I am rejecting this response because:This does not fix the underlying issue. You cherry picked checking my account without noting how many "active restrictions" I've had within the past couple of months. I literally just got out of my most recent shadow ban about a week ago after being restricted for a week.
The only reason I don't have a current restriction is because I've been on vacation, unable to play.
I want a solution to the false reports I'm receiving for cheating and to be able to play a game that I've paid for. At this point i have had over 5 shadow bans costing me countless hours of my time not being able to play a product I purchased.

Myself along with many other innocent players, has been shadow banned in Modern Warfare II and/or Warzone for no reason at all and without warning. I am unable to get a response from the support team to discuss this issue. This has been a huge problem since the games release to the point where many people have just decided to quit supporting the company and I'm considering the same. This relates to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II. A game in which I bought and have recently been unable to play as a normal consumer would due to having been mass reported and then being placed under review despite no malpractice on my side.I have bought many titles over the years, and this one is the only one I and many others are seeming to have issues with.
