I am writing this complaint out of deep frustration with Activision Blizzards handling of my Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019) account. In April 2020, I received a permanent ban for alleged cheating. However, I have never used any kind of cheats, hacks, or unauthorized software. At the time of the ban, my kill/death ratio was around 0.81 hardly suspicious and certainly not consistent with the behavior of a *********** possible explanation is that I was using ********** WARP (*******) VPN at the time, which I needed to access online content due to internet censorship in ******. Its entirely possible that Activisions anti-cheat system misidentified this legitimate VPN traffic as cheating behavior. This kind of false positive should be investigated not punished without proper recourse.I submitted an appeal shortly after the ban, but it was rejected without a real explanation. To make matters worse, Activision only allows one appeal per account, which means players have no further way to defend themselves even in cases of false bans. This is extremely unfair and unprofessional.Since then, I have continued to play Black Ops: Cold War, with much better performance and no issues which further proves Im not a cheater. Ive been a loyal fan of the franchise for years, and its heartbreaking to lose access to a game I paid for with no realistic way to reclaim it. Worse, the ban prevents me from even accessing the single-player campaign, which should not require any online access. With recent Modern Warfare titles being unavailable in ******, I find myself genuinely missing the action and gameplay experience I once enjoyed in MW ******* has now been 4 years since the ban, and Im simply asking for fairness and transparency. Activision Blizzard should take responsibility for the limitations of their automated systems and offer proper appeal channels for innocent players who were wrongfully ********** better, Activision.

I'm trying to submit my parent or guardian consent so that I can play my Call of Duty game on my Playstation 5 but everytime I try to submit it i keep getting a notice saying something went wrong. I've also tried contacting their customer support but I can never get through.

We paid for a product and even signed a contract that states that we would have warnings and temporary bans for what they claim as "boosting". But they now have violated their own contract by turning around and permanently banning players from using their product and service without warning and didn't give any announcement to what could cause someone to get permanently banned because even their own description of boosting doesn't fit the reasoning of what would bring forth a ban. We as the players did not consent to this predatory behavior and breach of contract.

As of yesterday tons of people with no prior account infractions are getting perma'd for 'boosting' with no way to appeal.Unrelated to the recent anticheat update, bans are specifically labeled as 'boosting' when appealed, even though the security and enforcement policy page lists first offense boosting as only a temp ban, and AFKing isn't mentioned anywhere.Whatever change to the ban system they rolled out with the anticheat update the other day seems to be hitting people who used the rubber band trick, either intentionally to combat idling, or possibly because they'd get repeatedly killed by people farming the AFKers and the system flags it as boosting.People on steam forums/*******/various cod discords claiming they've had a fully clean account for over a decade getting hit with permas, other saying they haven't touched the game in months and only found out because of steam game ban alerts.Doesn't seem to matter if you queue'd with squad fill or not, solos seem to be catching bans as well.Full disclosure, I rubber banded clash early in the season for tokens, lost my 14 year account with thousands of hours, stacked with cod points/mastery and event camos/items + got hit with a steam game ban.Thoughts?AFKing for tokens has been an open secret for like 4 years now, often times feels like they encouraged it with automatic play again to boost player numbers. Obviously ***** when people do it with squad fill on, but permabans without warning seems a bit extreme, though I'm obviously biased here.

Tried to contact there customer numerous times and in numerous ways and nothing. Issue that I'm having is that I'm not recieveing the E-mail password reset link for my account under the email that I used. Lots of money all down the drain because the company is imcompetant to have a good customer support community when it comes to issues like this!

After spending thousands of dollars and skins and weapon skins plus every cod game that has ever came out. I get a perma ban in warzone that I cant appeal. They wont look into your case they will just ban you. I had a 1.2 K/D. Stay away from Activision , They will take your account and steal your time and money.

My name is ****** *******, and I am a long-time, honest Call of Duty player who has spent considerable time and money enjoying Activisions titles without any history of cheating or misconduct. Unfortunately, I was recently placed into Limited Matchmaking on my Activision account MasterPhat#******* without any clear explanation or evidence of wrongdoing.I have invested a significant amount of money into this franchise through the ********** and Steam platforms, and I feel it is both unfair and unethical to be restricted without an appropriate review or appeal process. Please find a detailed breakdown of my purchases below, made through Steam:Purchases: 6 Apr 2025 Call of Duty CP : CDN$ ***** 22 Oct 2024 Call of Duty CP : CDN$ ***** 28 Apr 2024 Call of Duty CP : CDN$ ***** 11 Jul 2023 Call of Duty MWII - BlackCell (: CDN$ ***** 3 Jun 2023 MWII - Demon Deer: CDN$ ***** 4 Jan 2023 Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II: CDN$ ***** Total Spent: CDN$ ****** (Full purchase proof attached as a screenshot from my Steam purchase history.)Additionally, my account status still reads as Not eligible to appeal, despite this being a false flag. I strongly believe I was falsely reported by another player and their friends, abusing the reporting system to get me wrongly flagged by Ricochet anti-cheat.This situation is deeply frustrating. I have never cheated, exploited, or violated any terms of service. I only want to play the game I paid for in good faith. I am now being denied access to a service Ive spent hundreds of dollars on with no way to dispute or escalate the decision.I am requesting the Better Business Bureau to assist me in escalating this matter to Activision, so that I may receive a fair review of my account and access to a legitimate appeal process. I am more than willing to cooperate fully and transparently. If not a Full Refund must be issued.

Casual player here with a permanent ban for go*** afk. People have been do*** this for years and all of a sudden without warn*** we get permanent bans. Fine if they want to stop the afk-*** but an instant permanent ban is way over the extreme. Oh well time to move on. COD is trash and has been trash for years
