    I created an account with ******************** quite some time ago. I don't receive verification emails or any communication via email because I misspelled the address. I left out 1 letter, the i in gmail. All I want is someone to add the i so that I start receiving emails regarding my account and/or information about games I've purchased from Activision. I have tried and tried to get support for this but no one ever answers at the phone numbers listed online. Their online support is a joke because if your specific issue isn't listed then you have to jump through hoops to find a workaround. I selected a different issue (I can't purchase points in my game (call of duty)). I submitted a ticket stating what my actual issue was and it said I would receive an email confirmation....but I won't because the issue is that I don't receive emails. I checked my case on ************************ and have received a response but can't respond from their website, I have to respond to the email. That I never got because as I stated when I submitted the ticket, I can't receive emails because of a misspelling of the email address. I have spent a lot of money on in-game purchases and I don't want to lose that. If I end getting logged out and need to verify anything by email to sign back in then I'm going to end up losing everything. I've included screenshots of ticket transcript and also the basic info section of my profile on activision (which shows the spelling mistake of my email address). Again, I just need them to add an i to gmail. It's so frustrating to have such a simple issue but have to jump through hoops to figure out how to get support. Thank you for your time and help.

    Issue first started around 11/17/22 but it is STILL going on after years of fighting it. I have tried appealing, doing an account recovery (account looked to be hacked once I checked a data request output), but they haven't provided a way to contact them to get this resolved. I am beyond frustrated and would love to talk to a human being to get this ************* of original transaction: 10/19/22 Transaction amount: $75.59 ****** Transaction ID: ******************* Nature of dispute: Account was incorrectly banned and they essentially stole $75.59 from me. That is a lot of money for me and it has also negatively effected my Steam account of 17 years. It has also legitimately made me afraid to play multiplayer games ever since in fear of being wrongfully banned because of something potentially being wrong with my computer.Has the business tried to resolve the issue: No, they have provided no assistance over the years and gave no way to contact them. I tried to do an "account was hacked" support request but it was automatically denied.

    I'm trying to submit a account linking issue ticket but their website is designed in such a way that it is impossible to submit a proper ticket for the issues I am currently having. All their links just send you back and forth to the same pages over and over without the option to submit a proper support ticket.

    On 4/30/2025 I received an email stating enforcement action on my account resulting in a permanent ban on my account with ********************. This ban was falsely given out to me as my account had been breached and hacked into and used for malicious activity on Call Of Duty a game under Activision. I have proof of the breach on my account and all info showing that my account had been accessed by an unauthorized user. I tried to reach out through ******************** support for a resolution and was not given a chance to explain or share the info on the breach and how my account was used for the malicious activity. I tried this two times with their support. I have spent lots of money on this game such as the subscription to play the game around 12$ a month as well as multiple game bundles. I find the use of handing out this enforcement without clarification on the situation abusive. I would like for my account to be reinstated/unbanned or a refund on all purchases made under the game and purchases of subscriptions to play the game refunded. Images I provided are sign ins from a Chinese computer not mine.

    I am rejecting this response because:I believe that the enforcement of this ban is unfair and abusive to a supporting customer of your business. I have tried to reach out to your support team and was prompted to the ban appeal page for my concern. On that page I have already submitted both kinds of ban appeals one prompting me about account hijacking which was turned down due to my Activision Account not being tampered with. Again my account was breached through my ************** account which is connected to my Activision Profile. The second being a normal ban appeal which was also rejected for the same reason even through the same explanation. Again I can provide further evidence and details showing the breach on my ********* account. But will not accept anything other than my account being reinstated/unbanned or a refund on the purchases made to play the game and items and bundles inside the game.

    hallo my account got suspended on the 04.27.25 for unauthorized software and manipulation of game data. I played in the evening like normal after mayby 2h i got a bluescreen because of my broken GPU after an pause i logged back online with a massage that i got perma banned because of unauthorized software and manipulation of game data. Appealed it because it must be an false got a robot massage back that its ******** account is old and i bought some stuff on it i would to like it back and if its the one camo on a weapon u can reset all my classes/blueprint. If something is needed helping resolve this problem i provide anything u need for it. Thanks for reading and sorry for my bad english.

    I was really surprised and upset when I found out that my CoD account was banned. I have been playing this game for years and I have never cheated or used any hacks. It's really frustrating to be accused of something I didn't do.I remember one time when I was playing, I had a really good game and some other players accused me of cheating. I was able to prove that I wasn't, but now I feel like I'm being unfairly punished. I hope the customer service team can look into my case and see that I'm innocent.
