As i play this game i often get false banned due to me just simply being better, and with this there is something called a shadow ban which many players get, due to this it can take months to get a respond just to play the game i spend my hard earned money on, I feel due to a false ban this review should not take as much time as it doesBusiness Response

I play on pc and on steam. My steam ID is: mrcapaholic. I play ranked quite a bit and got matched in a lobby with hackers 3 times in a row. After letting the team know that our team was gonna report them they said they were gonna do the same hoping I would just get shadow banned, and sure enough I am now shadowbanned. Cant queue in to ranked or anything at the moment. Cant play the game at all! Ive been shadowed for 2 days now, for absolutely nothing and cant play the product I purchased.

I purchased a PC to play Call of Duty and I use an Xbox controller since I come from Xbox. Ever since the anti-cheat program was added I have consistently been shadow-banned over and over again and I DO NOT CHEAT WHATSOEVER! It's now season 5, I was unbanned the day of the release I played a few games with friends and turned on Nvidia to record my game I got into about an hour of gameplay then got ejected to the main screen. Of course, I checked and I am shadow banned once again. This is ridiculous I get like 2 days of play when I purchase a new battle pass and now I'm banned again. On April 24, 2023, I requested a permanent deletion of my Activision/Call of Duty account. The next day, I changed my mind on this and decided to cancel the deletion, but when I logged into the account to cancel it (which is what they instruct), it was acting like the account didn't exist. When trying to find how to fix this, there was no way to contact customer service for this matter - the only relevant contact was a form for people who have had their accounts stolen. I tried that just in case they can work my case too, but it was rejected as my issue was not a compromised account (Case number for the ticket I made is *********). I reached out on their customer support's ******** but never got a reply. I was not able to stop the deletion and the account was deleted. I recently found this form (BBB) on this website and thought to fill it out. The email address for the account was *************************** There is a current account with the same username, but that was the temporary account that the website recommended I make to be able to file that form for account recovery, it is NOT the actual account. All in all, there was no way to reach out to anyone for help when I wasn't able to cancel the deletion the way the website instructed to cancel it. I would like to get help with bringing the account back or at least assistance with getting all of that progress and purchases on a new account if the former is not doable.Business Response

We cannot undo the right to erasure request as it has already been processed and there is no way to restore your personal data, progress, content or account because it has been erased from Activision systems. I just found out my account was banned and I appealed it last night because my account had unauthorized usage. I received emails saying friends were being added that were not done by myself. After receiving the email it said if it was not me to change my password which I did. I dont know what was done on my account because it was not me doing it. But now my account is permanently band and no information is given why. Now I lost the 100s of dollars I spent on the game because my account got compromised. I would like to know why my account is banned and how to get it back.
