    Occurred 8/21/23 I've been shadowbanned for no reason. All it took was I guess one angry set group of players to report me and now I can't load into a game at all after I just spent money on this game. I don't get an explanation or anything as to why I'm banned and then their process for reviewing accounts takes way too long. On the activision website they don't allow for appeal for this situation either, so basically I just can't play from 1-2 weeks depending on when they decide to actually look into who's actually hacking/cheating and who's actually innocent.

    im getting shadow banned for no reason for many times and im trying to find a solution for this problem.so my account is UNDER REVIEW for no resoan and i can't play the game normally like that.

    I got shadow ban on my Call Of Duty account (Modern wafare 2 and warzone 2) and it happend for no reason. I was playing as normel on 21-08-2023 and suddenly it startet to take long time to finde a match. I did search on the internet on what the problem could be and i did find that the problem could be a Shadow ban (ban for no reason). I did viset Activision BAN APPEAL website and i did find out that i got Shadow ban they didn't even say what i did wrong. i want a solution for the problem, i did spend a lot of money on the game just to play as a normel person not to get banned for no reason. I included a photo of the ban appeal.

    I bought a new PC to play call of duty from Best Buy and my account was banned immediately for no reason, I am being told I am using Unauthorized Software which is false. Appealed the ban and got told to bad so sad, terrible customer service cant even speak with anyone now my account is banned and I am out all the money I invested to it and they cant even explain what I might have violated, I know I clearly havent violated anything but they wont return my calls or emails.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This is not a reasonable response, I have not done anything improper and have not broken any rules, the burden of proof lies upon activison and I am being accused of something that is false and I have just bought a brand new computer and upon first launch on said computer I am immediately banned, I expect a response and more thorough response or I will be reaching back out to my legal representative I have already spoke with them and we are giving Activision a chance to make it right before we have to take more active measures.

    I just bought a $2,500 PC to play Warzone 2, at level 14, after getting 10 kills I got disconnected from the server and have been Shadowbanned and my account is Under review. This is ridiculous, I knew something along these lines would happen so this is why I did not use my PS5 account who I have gotten to Diamond 3 in Warzone Ranked lobbys, I have put dozens and dozens of hours into this game, please help me get whitelisted so this doesnt happen on my PC!!! This is literally my first full day of playing.

    I was temporarily suspended from my World of Warcraft account. I was accused of breaking Terms of Service by buying gold. When I received this email i contacted blizzard stating that I had never bought gold and that it had came from a member of my guild and I could show the conversation between him and I stating that. I also brought up that I have played the game for well over a decade and never been accused of breaking and terms of service prior. They sent another email response stating their decision is final and that they have enough evidence. They also stated they will not show me their evidence. So, I have lost my game time as well as in game funds with no real chance to show innocents because they refuse to even show the evidence they are using to accuse me and refuse to accept any of mine showing that I did not purchase any gold. In my opinion I am being punished because Blizzard is mad that a guild mate gave me gold. Preventing me from spending money on their in game WOW token. Which can be bought for 25 dollars.
