it is to say the least, frustrating as a member of COD community to have any resolve to cases that are made as "bans" with no clear guidelines. or clear talks from the support team. not to mention the heaps and hoops that you need to do just to a get a word from them. if you got any at all. now that my tantrum is out of the way. I'm dissatisfied with the product MW2 the game, and the warzone. I've been falsely banned multiple times. running the same software and hardware I've always used and approved by their other games. and other games in general. I have lost my progression in game and all the things in it. and now on my new accounts I've been falsely shadowbanned which means they put me against hackers? with no way of resolving that or getting a word from them. and the moment anyone sends reports due to their lack of manpower and poor anti cheat system everyone is flagged? -losing my progression and lots of ingame items -poor support from their end and in some cases they don't have an answer for a specific problems -unable to receive emails from them due to some unknown problem from their end. which locks me from verifying a specific account. - all these problems are common problems within the community that even go as far as hitting small streamers and influencers who are just good at the game. while some of the big ones can blatantly use some of those exploits or hacks.Knowing that I was banned for the second time in a row, and the ban was lifted for the first time, and this ban is unjust. I have a Activision account and i no longer have access to the email and phone number on the account as i had to switch over from them to a new and Activision is refusing to let me change both of those to my new ones. Its beginning to get too much as other people are having the same exact issue with these services. I have paid lots of money and spent over 900 hours since 2019 mw i would really like them to change my email and phone number over. 9/28/23 I have been trying to play the game Call of Duty MW2 for months but they keep shadow banning me for false reports. Better Business Bureau: my activison name is Sober#******* my email attached to it is ********************My issue is that i keep getting shadow banned from play this game for false reporting. It's got to the point were I can't even play for 2 minutes now. I spent 70$ on this game and I can't play because of false reporting.

09/29/2023 I tried to log in to play Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 only to see that my account has been banned. Upon further investigation, it shows that I have a temporary ban for the next month and cannot appeal it. I've never once received a warning and now I'm banned? The reason for my ban isn't listed either. If I did do something wrong, I want to know what it is that I did to warrant this action.Business Response

my issue is that I got shadowbanned on call of duty modern warfare 2 Im assuming because people reported me for cheating I dont know why activision would just shadowban you for reports instead of looking into it first I guess to make anti cheat seem better than it actually is but I was wrongfully shadowbanned and so have many others causing my games to take forever to queue and then when I do there are others playing that arent cheating but my lobbies mainly consist of hackers with aimbot or ******* to try to make themselves innocent Im extremely dissapointed with how activision handles shadowbanning innocent people and just says they have to wait I am on fall break this week and was having fun on call of duty until I got banned for no reason now activision has wasted my break and fails to respond and fix this issue I would like my account un shadowbanned as soon as possible

So I decide to contact you guys because Activision Blizzard doesnt fix or even try to help me with my issue! Shadow banned (account under review) and its not something that happens to me once in a while is something that happens to me every time my account is not longer in review (what I mean by that is that I can play 1 game or 1 or 2 days and I get back to account under review and every time that happens I cant play the game till they finish reviewing my account (usually 1-2 weeks) and I have been shadow banned like 15 times already and I never ends I bough a game for 100 dollars and spent some money on stuff inside the game and I cant even play the game because of the shadow banned and thats no fair and they just dont care and dont help me at all and I just want to play the game without any issuesBusiness Response
